Dr. Liao is honored to provide dental comfort and services to his neighbors in Dallas and the surrounding suburbs. Dr. Liao graduated with honors from University of California Los Angeles with his Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and then his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. He was also the recipient of the Gold Foil Operator achievement award.

Care Credit is a third-party financing option that allows you to pay for services over a longer period of time. You can enjoy low monthly payments and there are no up-front costs or penalties for paying off your account early.
When you need a little extra help relaxing during a dental procedure, let us know and we will discuss the use of nitrous oxide, also known as "laughing gas." Despite the nickname, nitrous oxide won't make you laugh uncontrollably, but it will relax you and may produce a state of mild euphoria. Nitrous oxide also dulls sensation, making any procedure more comfortable.
Your gums are just as important as your teeth, and we take their care seriously at Ai Family Dental. We'll provide advice and information to help you prevent gum disease, and, if gum disease is already present, stop its progression with helpful therapies including deep cleanings and local antibiotics.

I usually search for new health providers thru Google reviews and super excited to find an excellent dentist Dr Liao. My first cleaning and treatment with ease, such as welcoming staff, clean environment, prompt service and great manners. Dr Liao did throughly exams to get my treatment plan, he got professional skills with carefulness to ensure his patients’ comfort. Highly recommend Ai dental office for someone who is looking for awesome service.

Highly recommended here if you wanna do a wisdom tooth extraction. The dentist was so kind and well- explained what he would do to let you know what’s going to happen, and the dental assistant was so sweet as well. She generally touches my arm when I did anesthetic, and I was almost crying😅 Also, the counter staff, Christine, even replied to my email asking me if I feel uncomfortable at midnight! ( I submitted my appointment requests at 11 pm)
The whole service experience was excellent, even better than in my own country. The best dental in Dallas!

I recommend this place over advanced dentistry or valley ranch family dentistry.
I felt real compassion here.
I needed a tooth extracted due to pain. Bc I haven’t been to the dentist in a while, this place evaluated my whole mouth and recommended a comprehensive plan. The other places did not do that. They just focused on that one tooth.
I almost ran away due to anxiety. They also ran out of nitrous (which was ok, bc my appt was an emergency). Turns out I didn’t even need it due to the staff’s calming presence and the dentist’s skills. Virtually no pain except for my own fears.

Quiet place and the Dentist is awesome!
He made the filling an easy process.
Went this place three times and we could always found parking space easily. Those guys are on the 2nd floor and the doctor is super gentle to kids and adults. They have a waiting room for the kids where they can watch streaming video, reading books, crayola and play the toys.

Ive been to a lot of dentists (because im rather picky) and i have to say he's one of my favorites.
Dr Liao is very good yet very humble, and his staff is extremely friendly and good at what they do. Awesome group of people! Highly recommend them for all your dental needs. What i have had done was cleanings and fillings. But yesterday Amanda went in to get her wisdom tooth pulled and said, "compared to the last dentist, Dr Liao was an "Angel"

Wonderful dentist. His staff is amazing, the girls in the front office are the sweetest, and as you walk in that place, you FEEL the calmness and some awesome energy. Everything there puts you at ease. I was just there for a cleaning and I was pleasantly surprised! The doctor was so thorough and yet gentle on my sensitive teeth and gums. His assistant, who was in charge of "Mister spit" is an angel! If you are afraid of dentists, GO TO THIS ONE! I'll be sending my entire family to him., and I won't ever go to anyone else! This place is really great. The waiting room is calm and they have a small area for children to play with toys while they wait. My waiting time was less than 5 minutes on a Saturday. The receptionist was super sweet both in person and over the phone. Same thing can be said about the dentist and assistant. I waited no time at all for them to come to my room. I mentioned that I normally wait like 30 minutes to be seen at other places and the guy mentioned that they see one patient at a time compared to others who try to see 5 patients in an hour. I like that! I was given a small bag with a toothbrush

Very nice front desk and very patient doctor. I had my back teeth root canal 2years ago but didn't put crown on. A fee days ago I broke that teeth. I went to a dentist and they told me nothing they can do but pull it out. So I went to this Ai family dental.
They environment is very warm and nice. And the doctor told me that he can fix it and put a crown on it but need to pull the wisdom teeth out behind it. Because the wisdom will stop the crown being put on properly. So he fixed that teeth and also pulled my wisdom teeth out. I was very scared of dentist before but this dental make me relaxed

Wonderful, skilled dentist and friendly staff. I had a wonderful office visit! Beautiful, clean facility, warm front desk staff/assistants, and Dr. Liao is a skilled dentist. I get the feeling that they treat their patients like family. I am also fearful of going to the dentist and Dr. Liao put me at ease...that is not an easy feat!

I had a temporary crown on my front tooth (that I have had for way too long) come off and needed it reattached or replaced ASAP. They had an appointment that was convenient and the staff was very nice. Considering my insurance has not kicked in yet, the prices were very reasonable. I plan on going back for the permanent crown once my insurance kicks in.

"Ai" means "love" in Chinese, and Ai Dental really brings love and care to its patients. All the anxiety I used to feel for dentist visits is no more now that I visit Dr. Liao. I come about 2x per year for my teeth cleanings, and every experience has been pleasant. The whole cleaning took at most 20 minutes, and he is extremely gentle during the entire process.

I have been going to Ai dental for about 2 years now, I am extremely happy with the level of care and service they provide. I am satisfied with the service from start to the end. Front desk nurse is extremely patient and caring, she distributed the patient visit time superbly. From what I've heard, she purposely schedule each patient apart, so that I never had to wait in the waiting room. Even if I had to wait, they provide luxurious Kerig coffee, apple juice, soda to accompany my taste bugs. Dr. Liao is also very friendly, knowledgeable, organized and concise. I have gone to five different dentists in the DFW area and have never had as amazing of an experience I as did at Ai Family dental. Went in for a teeth cleaning and cavity filling--all done in a very timely manner and with the friendliest service I've ever had.
Dr. Liao is highly skilled, answered all of my questions, and even managed to make a cavity filling a pain-free (and dare I say pleasant?) experience! He is a dentist that can be trusted. You can tell everyone here genuinely cares about the patients. "Ai (love/compassion in Chinese) Dental" is definitely an apt name.
