Amazing place to live. fireplaces in every unit, beautiful courtyards, everyone’s friendly from the people that live here to the staff. staff is, professional, super responsive to maintenance issues. maintenance team is awesome, management is amazing. all around everyone here is super friendly and nice. would definitely recommend Lincoln Village

I highly recommend this apartment complex!!!!!!!!!! From the office staff to the maintenance guys everything here is too notch!!! The community area is always kept clean and beautiful, we have access to a club house on top of volleyball net and a small basketball area. They are so welcoming and kind, on top of everything, and handling maintenance request in a timely manner. Just over all an amazing atmosphere and place to stay❤️

Right from the first time I showed interest in Lincoln village apartments I was met with kind, helpful people who helped me in my period of transition from another residence . I've been here for a little over 6 months now and have yet to encounter any problems in spite of the covid pandemic and the constantly changing ordinances, the staff here has remained vigilant in providing peace of mind and security for all residents. I have been living here for a few years. The management has changed for the better. When I first moved here I loved the property and amenities but the management was not the best. Within a year it seemed they changed the office management and maintenance team and things became wonderful! Rules are enforced making for a much improved living experience. Maintenance is dramatically improved and repairs are completed very promptly since that change. After this change I can say I highly recommend Lincoln Village apartments which includes my own family. The courtyard is gorgeous the the current management

I’ve been living here since January 2021 and it’s been such an amazing experience. Office and maintenance are very responsive and gets back to you quickly. So close to everything you need as well.
On top of that the private courtyard, gym, laundry room and all the courts to play on are all very clean and nice to have around. I love to just walk around the area it’s quiet and peaceful. All in all an amazing place to live.

I have been living here since about June 2019. The management has changed and I couldn't be happier. This is an amazing property and management is on top of everything as well as maintenance! If I have any issue maintenance is on it as fast as they can be. Communication is great between the office and maintenance. I don't hear my neighbors and having a wood burning fireplace is unheard of but I love it! I love living here and have family that has also moved into the complex. Management really cares and enforces the rules of the lease in the most fair way. I love living at this beautiful complex

I am guessing with all the work done since we left that they may be under new management since we lived there.
That said we lived in a studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom in our years there. You can’t beat what you get for the price and location. Sure they’re a bit older, but come on! Private court yard, pool, rec room (had a pool table and public TV room back when we were there, great for NHL playoff gatherings trust me. They also had a tennis court. Garages. All barely off of division. At one point we actually left

I moved to Spokane from out of state, the entire process took some work but Betti made everything so easy! I love my new place and the people I have met in the first few days have been great. My apartment was left clean for my move making it a breeze to get settled in. The community here a Lincoln Village is very welcoming, I would recommend this location to my friends.
