Proctor Station Apartments

I absolutely love living here! My fiancé and I moved in recently from across the country and the staff made the process as painless as possible. Although we haven’t lived here long, I’ve found that the move in process is usually a foreshadowing of what living there will be like. When we arrived our unit was ready, keys were already made, and everything was ready for move in. The unit is in incredible condition and looked even better than the pictures! Love living here , the staff make you feel like you’re part of family. There a social events there. Neighbor hood feel and very walkable.

I really enjoy living at Proctor Station. I am definitely going to extend my lease. Top three reasons I stay are the amenities, location, and the sunsets views from the rooftop deck.

This is the first apartment my husband and i have ever lived in our 35 years of marriage and I don't ever want to leave this place. Our apartment is a one bedroom and it is PERFECT for the both of us, I have had to down-size considerably, but it was worth the sacrifice! I'm not surround by "stuff"...we have learned to live with what is necessary in a practical size luxury apartment and apartment building. The developers, Edison47 knew how to design our apartment to hold just enough, give us plenty of room and a home to truly enjoy.

Where can we start, but to say the Nordstrom effect permeates throughout all levels of management and staff. This is a friendly, secure building, with indoor parking, inside and outside lounge areas, awesome workout gym and rooftop BBQ area with 360-degree mountain and water views. There are social events held about once month where you can get to know your neighbor and, for example, arrange to go bowling as a group, eat at the many restaurants in the Proctor District and more. Tenants range from working professionals to retired people.

I lived here for a year and loved it. Cute neighborhood, very friendly and helpful staff.

I love living here, I am in a one bedroom. I have had apartments with larger square footage but because the layout is so well thought-out it fits me and all my stuff the best, I don't need the additional storage (even though it is available) like I have had in previous apartments. Such a ideal location, you can walk to grocery store(s), restaurants, post office, and shops. Top pot donuts are going in the retail space downstairs... is this real life? A donut and pastry shop downstairs from where I live?! This area is Tacoma's hidden gem!

Convenient to everything....banks, stores, MetMarket, library, post office, restaurants, schools. The view from the roof of ships and mountains is spectacular. What a great place to live!
