My stay at Greystone Retreat is unfortunately coming to an end. Leasing office staff members (Rebecca, Tara, and Jordan) were very helpful in ensuring that my move from New York to Alabama would be a seamless experience.
Tara in particular, while 6 months pregnant at the time, went above and beyond to accommodate virtual tours and processed my leasing application seamlessly.
The maintence staff Amos, Tim, and David have consistently provided friendly and efficient service in answering my multiple requests and ensuring that the property complex remains hands-down the most beautiful in the area

I have lived here for the last year and I will say the quality of these apartments let alone the service we’ve received including all maintenance requests has been top notch. I’ve enjoyed living here and have made many memories in this short time and will most definitely miss this place when we have to go! I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone who is looking for beautiful scenery. This place is nice and quiet. It’s private. We’ve never had any issues with crime here either. Their employees at the front office have always been so nice and accommodating as well as personable

Amazing place to live I’ve been here 7 years and this is why- they keep it so clean, the landscaping is amazing, the maintenance staff comes within 24 hours or sooner and takes scare of all issues the first time, the girls in the office are so nice and accommodating- and have fun events for the residents! My apartment is gorgeous spacious and modern and Rebecca runs this complex like a well oiled machine! You have to live here!!!! 🙌 you’ll love it!!!

We have lived at Retreat at Greystone for about 10 months (relocated from Georgia for work). Before moving in we had concerns about coming from a large house into an apartment. For us, having a garage was important and we found that here. All of the staff have been very helpful and we have met so many great neighbors! Nice pool, gym and outdoor areas to sit and relax. Definitely come check it out if you are looking for an apartment in the Birmingham area!

Retreat at Greystone is about as close to perfect as an apartment community can be!♥️ I sold my house and moved here after I retired to be near family. Rebecca was phenomenal in helping me find the perfect place for my needs/wants. I have had a few maintenance issues (I think I live in one of the older apartments) and the maintenance staff has been great about dealing with them in a punctual manner. The maintenance guys are the BEST! The grounds and the pool area are kept in pristine condition and I love decorating my cute porch area!🌸 The girls in the office are GREAT and plan so many fun

I just want to start by saying I have lived here for almost 2 years and I have no intent to leave until I purchase a home. My experience here has been nothing short of amazing since I’ve lived here. The staff is extremely friendly. I’m always greeted and helped by the maintenance staff whether I’m taking my trash out or just walking my dog around the neighborhood. Whenever I put in a work order, it is literally fixed in less that 24 hours. The community feels so safe, welcoming, diverse and is in an excellent location. They’re always hosting giveaways, community events and some days invite

I’ve lived at Retreat at Greystone for a little over a year and a half and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The staff, amenities and customer service put them head and shoulders above the apartment complexes I’ve lived in the past. It can be hard for an apartment to feel like home, but the staff here manages to make it feel that way! I often joke with people touring to stop their search now, it doesn’t get any better than this. While this likely will be my last year here due to my job, I am forever grateful for my time at this wonderful place!

My story on how Amos with the maintenance team at Retreat at Greystone saved the day for me.
About a year ago, at 1:30 AM, I got awakened by water pouring down into my kitchen from the vents and light fixture!! I had to put out pots and pans to catch the water it was streaming so bad!! (The neighbor upstairs front load washer was overflowing and she did not figure out to just turn it off....)
I called the emergency maintenance number because I was scared..... I had no idea what kind of damage this could do, especially since it was streaming around the light fixtures...it seemed that as soon as

I have been at the Retreat at Greystone for exactly 1 year now and I have had nothing but a great experience! I first moved into a 1 bed/1bath and it had so much room for a 1 bedroom with so much closet and storage space. I love the updated counters, cabinets, and floors they have in the apartments too. It makes it look very nice, clean, and modern. I had to move to a bigger apartment once I found out I was pregnant with my first child and they made the transition so simple and easy for me! They take great care of their residents here and ALL the staff is SO incredibly friendly! They always have
