We are conveniently located adjacent to the Fiesta District, just south of freeway 60, in Mesa, Arizona. The Fiesta District, a bustling urban center, which boasts over 40 restaurants, 50 retail shops and is home to Mesa Community College, NAU Mesa Campus, DeVry Institute, Carrington College and several large employers, including Banner Healthcare and Santander Consumer USA.
Our covered parking spot is a breeze to park in and pull out of, utilities are easy to take care of and rent is fair. Love the amenities! I have lived here for going on three years now and I have not one complaint. Any time I have needed anything I've always gotten the help quickly, with kindness, and all of the staff are such good people who genuinely care.

Avoid this place! Sewage started draining into my girlfriend's bathtub. Management takes no urgency and refuses to find a plumber outside their own connections so it may be several days before this gets fixed. She previously waited 2 months for them to repair her washing machine. Unacceptable and more people should be aware. Did I mention this 1bed/1 bath also rents for nearly $1500/month?? Overpriced, please avoid.

I normally don't write reviews but I really enjoy living at this property. I have lived in lots of other communities and this one is definitely the best one. The customer service is amazing the office staff goes above and beyond to help you. I love the interior of my apartment it's super modern and I love the wood floors. If you're looking for a new home definitely come here you won't be disappointed.

My wife and I had the best experience at the Verona. We had to leave because we have a kid on the way and wanted a house, but the apartment was good for all lifestyles. During the summer, it was lively and people were friendly. The location is FANTASTIC.
I can't speak for those with children or multiple roommates, but for a couple wanting a one bedroom, this place is hands down a 10/10

I've called Verona Park "home" since 2017. Despite the norm that comes with living in an apartment and changes in management,"third time's a charm" I can honestly say that I don't have a significantly negative thing to say. Everyone working in the office is great and maintenance as well... I communicate with Christy Wash, Assistant Manager, a lot for a number of things....and each time she has been very nice, helpful and easy to work with. What I appreciate most is that she acknowledges and replies to my emails....BIG or small. TY!!

I have lived here with my boyfriend for a little over a year. This is our first ever apartment together and I absolutely love it. We have a 1 bedroom and the apartment feels so spacious and I love the high ceilings. Food trucks will come sometimes as well as ice cream trucks. They sometimes hold events which is super cool, I also love that there is a lounge where we can go play pool. I haven't had a single issue living here and I definitely recommend it to anyone looking to rent their first apartment.

If you're trying to work from home, Verona Park Apartments is not a good option. I have a 1st floor apt, and my upstairs neighbor is very noisy--music up and down all day, dropping things. But after 10 pm thiengs go dead quiet, because they know I can call the police. Management refuses to do anything --others have complained as well. The buildings are 40 years old--part of the problem --the window and patio door let in a lot of heat.

So thankful I found Verona Park. Searched many other options for weeks and knew this was the place right away. I moved in around February, as the Virus started to close everything up my husband and I were struggling and everyone here at Verona we helpful and considerate. Helped us big time!
Maintenance is quick and always super nice. Very different from most apartments I've lived in. We will be here for a while!

Absolutely amazing. Moving in about a couple of weeks but the process of everything has been so easy and fast. Upon coming in with an appointment we met with Guadalupe. She was just the most friendliest of all. She gave us a tour of the complex and the units and I immediately fell in love. Unfortunately we didn't get a tour of the second floor which changes a lot cause the ceilings are about 4-5 feet higher than the first floor. Couple days past and we received an email from them to call if we had any questions and so I did and asked to see if we can see an apartment that's on the 2nd
