Fresh Ciliegine mozzarella balls marinated in our house vinaigrette, tossed with tri-colored heirloom tomatoes, fresh garlic, & fresh basil, drizzled in a balsamic reduction, served with crostini. Mussels sauted with spicy marinara & fresh garlic OR with white wine, garlic, butter, cracked red pepper & fresh herbs.
We are available to cater your parties, events & family get-togethers of all sizes, from individually packed entrees for small groups, to full and half catering trays for larger groups. Look at our menu and get an idea of what you'd like to serve, then contact us with the number of guests you'll have.
Every day beginning at 3 PM when we open, we offer a call ahead service to place your name on the waitlist. If there is no wait we will hold your table for up to 30 minutes, otherwise we will add you to the list and let you know the approximate time we can seat your party. Call 252-453-0069. One of my favorite restaurants in Corolla. During the tourist season it's hard to get into because of its location next to the Timbuktu shopping center. Better to go off season. Great Italian cuisine and really good pizzas. Interior is modern and stylish, service is always great. Plenty of parking at the shopping center.

Just tried it for the first time for carry out. The staff were very nice and quick to get the food. Food was still warm when brought home and the portions were huge. Needless to say I finished all of mine.… Seafood Diablo was a great choice. The rest of the family loves their food as well. Definitely stopping by more on our future visits.

One of our favorite spots. Due to covid they are short staffed. Did call ahead seating and they were kind enough to give me a time. Of course, we oversteered because we cold not make up our mind for appetizers. They have numerous options for gluten free selections, even gluten free bread! Prices are inline with the other restaurants in the area.

Many restaurants on OBX are closed this time of year but this gem was open and so glad as we had a great meal. We sat at the bar (excellent service and great wine recommendations) and were served warm bread with seasoned olive oil - what not to like. We ordered pumpkin soup, was the best we've had, not too creamy but very flavorful. We shared the grilled salad and shrimp/crab pasta (I'd go lighter on sauce but that's a preference) large portions and both excellent. There's a cool vibe to the restaurant - really enjoyed our entire experience.

We got lucky and they sat us right away. I watched the guy behind the reservation table turn so many people away. They must be short staffed. There was 2 tables going when we were there and they were turning people away telling them 2 hour waits. Made no sense and we were dumbfounded and at how not friendly they were to people walking in, never seen anything like it.. 2 tables and turning people away and telling them they had nothing open. Stunning really. Food was good, crab shrimp vodka pasta. Service was lacking and sad to see people get treated so awkwardly.

We took a group here and despite a reduced staff, the service was great, atmosphere upbeat and food was across the board delicious. One of our guests flew home the next morning so he reluctantly had to leave his leftover pizza behind. [The rest of us really enjoyed it.]
We all enjoyed our meals and they were not only tasty but cooked to perfection. Great choice for Italian menu!

I ate at Dolce Vita one night and the meal was good. A day later I arrived at 8:10 pm when they close at 9:00pm. The host Tommy told us it was too late to seat anyone. He turned away 5 people who would have paid over $350.00 in food and drink. You can tell they really do not care about service or repeat business.

This place came highly recommended and did not disappoint. Quickly seated at high top in bar area which was fine for just 2 of us. Waiter was attentive/ large portions and excellent Italian food. It was busy and saw some people turned away as they are not operating at 100% due to staffing so go early and try to call ahead for seating

I have not found a better Italian Restaurant, especially if you want seafood and Italian food combinations. They never disappoint. I had the Seafood Diablo ,which is a spicy marinara on spaghetti noodles with mussles,shrimp and crab. So delicious! The Rosemary bread was warm and steaming,and smelled amazing. I highly recommend this restaurant, it is one of my favorites. They get busy and they have limited seating, so you may want to call ahead if you have a large party.

Everything about this place is amazing! Beautiful decor, friendly and efficient staff, and excellent food from the bread and oil to the entrees. Crab cakes and calamari appetizers were delicious. Then the grilled romaine salad, Chicken Alfredo, and seafood fradiavolo were some of the best we've ever eaten. Will definitely keep coming back each year we vacation in the OBX! Stopped and fed the turtles on our way out too!

Food was honestly really good. But after our appetizer we weren't checked on for 45 minutes and were obviously forgotten about. For the prices of the food I expected at least decent service. Slow service because of being busy, I understand. But being told your food will be out in a couple of minutes and then disappearing for 45 mins is absurd. Not even being asked"can I get you anything" Is really annoying.
The positive part about this was the food we actually received WAS good but because we had to wait so long we got our dinner to go.

The restaurant is a bit tucked away but it was very nice. The restaurant has a very nice vibe to it, the staff is very attentive and the food was very good. If they have the Shrimp Chorizo (it was one of the specials), go for it. It was very good. The kids had a pizza and that was also good. The Chicken Parmesan was really good too. All in all, great dining experience.

From the cocktails to the cooking, I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Drinks were delicious, food was amazing and the staff was attentive and friendly. We ordered two specials and two menu items. The specials need to be on the menu! The menu items we had were the clams Bianca and the mushroom ravioli. Savored every amazing bite and cannot wait to come back!
