Our Labrador Optimus Prime always gets the best care and honest recommendations on what is best for him. The staff does what's necessary to make him comfortable and always are excited to see him when he visits, making it easier for him. When he came in on his birthday on year, they made him a "Birthday Treat Cake!"

Had been going here with my chinchilla for several years to treat his bouts of malocclosion and get teeth trimmed. On our last visit the vet who has been treating him all these years stated that they "are not really equipped to treat him " there because they just do dogs and cats. Not really sure why the sudden change in practice but if you don't treat chinchillas any longer, or maybe not for this issue, it would have been nice to know that before scheduling the appointment since my pet is seen here EXCLUSIVELY for this issue and it was known beforehand why he was being seen since I had to fill

They used to be a great clinic. In the past few years though, they have really gone downhill. I have never seen the same vet twice; I guess they have a high turnover rate, which makes it hard to feel comfortable and create a relationship with any doctor.
They can’t seem to remember that my cat is a boy, not a girl. I’ve had to remind them for years, every time we go there. The vet tech who gave my cat a shot, pierced through his Skin and out the other side, and got all the liquid from the shot onto my leg instead (kitty was on my lap from the shot). Lastly, they are always trying to sell something

It was my first time at this Vet clinic. The receptionist who booked the appointment was helpful. I'm glad she said it's next to the Lucky's and under the Back of America building. That helped me to find it! Parking is difficult, so arrive early to give yourself time to find a parking space and not miss your appointment.
The staff inside are lovely. They were gentle and caring to my rabbit. I overheard a guy who said his dog hated going to another Vet clinic, but his dog seemed to like it there with them. You can tell they really like animals.
My only complaint is they thought it was cute when
