Whether your goals include functional restoration, overall fitness and weight management, or the safe improvement of skill and ability in a specific sport, we will develop a custom fitness program, specifically tailored to help you meet your goals.An initial functional assessment leads to the development of a personal profile that will enable you to receive a custom exercise program from your personal trainer.

Assists with the full return to previous daily activities in a real world setting, after treatment. Assists in achieving the greatest level of post-therapy independence possible after injury, illness, surgery and chronic conditions.
First, you'll fill in the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire. This is a standard document that allows us to verify whether you should check with your physician before starting or continuing your fitness program.

In-Home Personal Trainer service is provided for the following municipalities: Albany, Schenectady, Troy, Rensselaer, Cohoes, Clifton Park, Loudonville, Niskayuna, Delmar, Colonie, Latham, Guilderland, Rotterdam, East Greenbush, Scotia, Malta, Luther Forest, and other towns within a 15mi.
Health screening and fitness assessments are given for each new client. Follow-up assessments will chart your individual progress. Jeff's training benefits your overall level of fitness including reduced body fat, increased strength, toned muscles, better posture, flexibility, and coordination. Jeff teaches his clients to use correct body alignment and proper form.
Working with me online is a great way to maximize your time spent gaining stability and strength for life. If you're busy and pressed for time or if you're mobility-limited, online training is a convenient way to get the training you need to get strong, stable, and healthy for the life you want to lead.
Sport specific training for basketball, tennis, soccer, running, swimming, baseball, lacrosse, all revolve around the same core stability / mobility training program. You will learn exercise principles to; combat muscle fatigue, avoid muscle damage, and over-training / overuse injuries.

The ACE (American Council on Exercise) says, "At the extreme, some individuals believe that by mimicking the explosive, ballistic activities of high-level competitive athletes, they are training in a functional manner."All too often, however, such training programs greatly exceed the physiological capabilities of the average exerciser, which ultimately increases the possibility that an injury might occur.

I am writing a review of Jeff Grayson Miller, my wife's brother, who has been coaching me through the pandemic on moving more, drinking more water, learning basic strategies of fitness, and a series of fitness efforts centered upon the Teeter, light free weight rep's, breathing, and other strategic exercises. Jeff is a phenomenal teacher and I strongly recommend him for clientele of any age and need level. He means business and he gets your fitness goals done, that is to say, he puts you in charge and in the driver's seat.
