Curtis is hands down the best trainer! From balancing realistic goals and expectations to motivating you to push harder...he helps you accept getting healthier as an entire lifestyle change as opposed to just another diet/trendy fad.
Because of his training and guidance, I was able to lose 60lbs in roughly 5 months. Trainer Curtis keeps the workouts new and challenging but definitely fun! I can't recommend HIITFitGroup enough.

Curtis is a wonderful personal trainer. He is very professional and very prompt. His workouts are rigorous however it is worth it since you see results quickly. Best trainer ever! Whether it’s in person or virtual, if you need motivation or that extra push Curtis is trainer for you! He pushes you to reach your goals and if you are consistent you’ll see results…fast! Definitely realistic and helps not only change your body but your mindset. Curtis is an awesome trainer. I enjoy training with him Both in person and virtual. He goes above and beyond in all the training session making sure Goals are being met and Always available to answer any questions that you may have. I love that he’s very passionate about what he does. He influence you , motivate you and pushed you to the max to accomplish your goal.

Curtis is amazing supportive, inspiring and a trainer that keeps you motivated even when you feel like giving up. A great spiritual human being who treats you like family not a client. I have been training with Curtis for over a month lost 12 pounds just following an easy simple eating plan and exercising 3 times a week. The best part is he is the most affordable trainer you can ever find and the level of energy I have gained is unimaginable. Unfortunately, due a reoccurring back pain from a past car accident injury I have had to take a few weeks to rest my back. However, as soon as I am healed

Curtis is such a great person, he’s really good at his job. He will push you during your workouts and continue to push you daily and help you stay on track. Curtis is the best trainer I’ve worked with. He is professional, flexible, and pushes me harder than I’ve ever been pushed. He’s also one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. All of that combined has made for an incredible experience. I’ve already lost a good amount of weight and feel stronger and more in shape than I have in years.
