Many of the people who live here are not concerned about Covid. We have had residents with diagnosed Covid infections yet some of the residents are planning a New Year’s Eve party saying come masked or unmasked and come vaccinated or not. I think this is an outrage and totally irresponsible. I had one lady deliberately blow directly in my face….she’s lucky I didn’t press charges for assault!

Terrible management & employee turnover. Main elevator has been broken since March with a maybe mid July fix.
Dirty. Elevators haven't been cleaned in months.
They allow smoking in this non smoking complex. IF YOU CAN take a photo of a someone smoking, then they will give a WARNING (People put up screens or cover patio rails to avoid seeing). The smokers laugh about it. Current management complain issues are due to previous management company, not my problem, don't give me excuses.

This complex might look nice in the pictures but like the other reviews, it's a waste of money. It is NOT non smoking like the website says, smokers everywhere. The dog park is unsafe and strange, fire alarms go off all the time and management does not attend to complaints.
There are plenty of other complexes that are successful because they understand that taking care of their residents keeps people from leaving and makes others want to come live there.

The staff the new staff is rude trash had not been picked up for a long time they have had needless and countless fire drills late at night when they were just falls maintenance does not communicate properly with tenants office staff is disrespectful to their elders that live in the facility and feel that they are an inconvenience when they are… asking for help they have changed management so many times I can’t even count on my fingers and currently looking for another place for my parent because of of these issues. Moving to this place was the biggest mistake and nightmare I have ever experienced. The three months I lived in that property was like living in hell. Two weeks after I moved in the neighbor that lived above me was allowed to move between midnight and 4am. Two nights in a row. I called the office countless amount of time, the police and did not get any support or response from anyone, including the Mgr or administration, and even the central office which I tried contacting in many occasions. The management completely ignored my claims and I was told by them and quote "those things happen

New management just stopped door trash pickup. We are 62+ and I live on the 3rd floor. The reason, previous management company didn’t pay the bill. Who loses, ME and other seniors. The on… trash containers are too heavy to open for seniors. ***** As of Thursday 2/25/21 garbage pickup was restored.****
Also rent increases are higher than the going rate, & new renters get 3 free months. The Apartment website has going rate (highest) 999.00 and my new rent 1255. (This is worse than a cable co LOL)

It’s been one month since I moved into this community. About two weeks ago a lady moved into the apt above me. The lady chose to move in between 12 midnight and 4 am. I have lived in communities in NY, NJ, Fl and now TX and I have never seen a community that allows tenants to move in in the middle of the night while disturbing the rest of the… neighbors, especially in a senior community. I ended up having to call the police because she wasn’t cooperative. The following night the story repeated Itself. I have knocked at her door trying to work this out but the last time she slammed
