Troika Strength & Fitness
Our programming at Troika is strategically structured to deliver results. With active coaching and a supportive environment, athletes are enabled to maximize their potential, challenge themselves, reach goals and get results. We want to help you achieve your fitness and health goals by motivating and educating you.

We have programming in place for all levels of athletes, from beginners to advanced. With personal training, we can help you create better eating habits as well as making sure we are programming workouts to your specific goal.
Services
A group class divided into segments that include: mobility warmup, specialized strength training, Olympic lifting and body building exercises. Classes may also include calisthenics, body-weight gymnastic movements, core-strengthening exercises, short and long distance running. Circuit training group class with light weight and equipment.

I just finished their challenge. It was a great experience and the results were amazing. It is everything you read on their website site. The part you only find out once you step in is their outstanding customer service. Their entire Staff, Trainers, Owners are wonderful. They are motivational, knowledgeable and super professional. Hands down the best workout spot in town. Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to Troika for the past year and a half. Everyone here is great. It doesn’t matter what your current fitness experience is, Coach Manny, Yahaira, and Meg are phenomenal at teaching the workouts and various weightlifting techniques and can help you on your fitness journey.

CrossFit troika has been a safe space for me since moving to the area. The coaches Meg, Manny, and Yahaira have been so accepting, helpful, and encouraging to everyone in our little Troika community. Since joining, I have an increased sense of confidence and overall fitness in all aspects possible. The trainers tailor exercises based on your physical goals, and utilize their expertise to allow you to achieve goals. If i could give Troika more than 5 stars, I would.

Absolutely loved this place and the environment during workouts. Did the 5 day trial and loved every workout I did. Wish it would have been closer to home to make it a consistent thing.

December marks one and a half years with Troika. Time flies when you're having fun, and it also flies when you're sweating a lot.
I had been on a bit of a "fitness journey" for the last six years or so, largely from jogging and doing self-taught weightlifting, but really felt myself plateauing, not noticing any changes in my weight, strength, or body movement. Troika has changed all that! I am definitely in the best shape of my life since coming to this "box".
I do not really consider myself a "joiner" of things. I get weirded out by people who so intensely commit to a hobby or interest that

Great place. Great people and coaches.
The programming is great. I have been here for two years. I'm 45 and sometimes I can keep up with the younger members. That's a pretty solid testament.
