I don’t even live here but the lady that answers the phone is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever interacted with. Don’t remember her name but it happened on 2 separate occasions. She’s very rude, not very helpful and seem uninterested in her job. Please get someone more people friendly and that’s happy doing their job. Just base on her alone, I’ll never consider you guys again.

All the bad reviews you're reading are very true. Communication during the application process was horrendous. I was very confused the whole time and yes, I understand that we are in a pandemic, but no excuses! Every question I had for the leasing agent could not be answered whatsoever. THIS APARTMENT IS NOT RENOVATED!!! THE UNIT WITH HARDWOOD FLOORS ARE NOT REAL!!!!!!

I am truly disappointed at my experience so far here at Westwood Place. I was told on my tour of the property that they just received new washer and dryers yet the very first day I used them the washer machine was broken. It did not drain the water out of my clothes and I spent an hour trying to hand squeeze access water out plus I had to pay to dry the clothes twice because they didn't dry the first time. I was told the building was getting new elevators which we have yet to see. None of the elevators work at the same time, you can rest assure that at least one of them will always remain out of

STAY AWAY, if you expect dutiful customer service and maintenance in return for your loyalty and hard earned money.
This property is run by shady, disreputable individuals. Maintenance issues will be "quick-fixed" or not addressed at all. We rented one apartment and were displaced that same night because of water issues, broken pipes and HVAC problems. In the second apartment we rented, after less than one month of being there: there was a mildew smell and water damage in a closet with some black growth coming out of the drywall, a broken HVAC unit for 2 months that dripped water behind the wall

I lived there 2 years ago and it was ok. The units are somewhat clean, spacious with huge balconies. No bugs, mice, or rodents. Reasonable rent, you're only required to pay water and trash. The laundry facility was atrocious during my stay, and the freight elevator barely worked. The property is ran by shady scammers - beware!

I moved here in 2013. My first year was great. The building was very quiet. The apartments are located in a very secluded area. That's one thing that helped with my decision to move there. There was a property manager named Terry that was awesome. If there was an issue, she jumped on it quick. For some reason the company let her go, and that was the worst thing that they could do. After she left, washers and dryers kept breaking down and would be out of service for days on end. It seems like the elevators break down every other month. Currently the freight elevator has been down for 2 weeks. People

This is the nicest renovated building in the area. I work in Alexandria and I recently moved to Westwood Place for the incredible views, large apartments, and the fair rent. The entire staff has been friendly and helpful with everything from setting up online payment to having our thermostat adjusted. We love the enormous pool and are excited to get out on the tennis court! Great experience overall!
