Kathy Gotz is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine, holds a Level 1 in Exercise Nutrition Certificate from Precision Nutrition, is a Fitranx Certified Instructor, and is also a certified Cancer Exercise Specialist. The combination of these disciplines helps her clients achieve the mobility and stability needed to move without pain, and achieve their fitness and athletic goals while being injury-free.
