Services
Dr. Louie earned the Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Southern California (USC) School of Dentistry in Los Angeles and became licensed to practice dentistry in California in 1994. Since completing his training program at USC in 1994, he has pursued additional training in the area of Cosmetic and Implant Reconstruction.
Angie, Lora, Tova, are the office administrators. They will welcome you with a friendly attitude and will work with you to give you the utmost assistance you need, from the moment you contact our office. They will address your concerns in a professional and positive manner to ensure you get the best service you deserve.
All our professionals at Shervin M. Louie, DDS maintain the highest levels of accreditation and pursue ongoing education to stay abreast of the latest trends in dentistry. Your initial oral examination includes a visual examination, charting, periodontal probing, diagnosis and treatment recommendations.

A couple months back I switched dentists to Dr. Louie. It was actually my cousin who referred me. First thing i noticed was how genuine and welcoming the staff was. Very professional!! Special thanks to Juliann for the cleaning, she took her time and made sure I was comfortable throughout our time spent. There's been a couple procedures I've been looking to get done and I'm glad I finally found a place where i'm beginning to trust. Looking forward to my next visit !!!

I had a really ugly chip in my front tooth that was truly embarrassing for many years even though it was pretty small. A friend recommended me to him and I was pretty happy from the start. The front office staff was super helpful in getting me an appointment at a time that wouldn't interfere with my hectic work schedule l. He was so honest and the best part was that he was much more affordable than the other dentist I had consulted with. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Louie is a disappointment. I was a patient of Dr. Louie for 6 years. Was very happy with the service. However, I have now had multiple disastrous appointments at this office now. Be aware, when they say to call them if you have any issues (pain, etc.) and they will take care of you...THIS IS NOTHING FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH. If you call with pain they will do anything to divert you away from them cleaning up their mistakes.

Dr. Louie and his staff are everything I was looking for in a dental office. I have always had bad anxiety when it came to seeing the dentist but the minute I walked into the office, I knew I was in good hands. Dr. Louie himself is very kind and caring and understanding and put me at ease right away. Everyone who works there has always been lovely and warm. I actually look forward to going to the dentist now. I can’t thank Dr. Louie enough for helping me through my issues and regain my health. Most importantly for erasing all anxiety I have when it comes to dentists.

After some years of neglect, I went to Dr. Louie on the basis of a referral from my wife. It was during the COVID lock down, but Dr. Louie was able to see me and take care of a painful tooth. I needed quite a bit of work done and Dr. Louie and his entire team did an excellent job. I appreciated Dr. Louie’s phone calls after procedures to check on my condition. Their team is most knowledgeable and friendly dentist team I have ever encountered. Which made a somewhat difficult situation much easier to deal with. Everyone from the scheduler to the dental hygienists and doctors were excellent.

Let me begin by saying that I am terrified of the dentist. I hadn't been to DDS in years. However, Dr. Louie went detailed through all of my teeth, and broke down the good and the "needs improvement".
It was actually a great education for me that I received. Yes, I need to come back to get some work, but I am relieved to be working towards getting my dental health addressed and fixed up by a nice dental office.

Never thought once I'd enjoy going to the dentist in my life, but Doctor Louie and his amazing staff made me looking forward to my next appointments. Services are excellent and explained in details. Staff are very friendly and make you feel like you are home.

I've been seeing Dr.Louie for over 10 years now and he is absolutely the best! He always is gentle with all his work and I barely feel anything when he works on me. I've had fillings, root canals, Invisalign and teeth bleaching done there. The staff there is also the best and they take every precaution with COVID safety regulations. His assistant Mina is the sweetest and so caring. I would highly recommend for everyone to see Dr.Louie and his wonderful team.

I've only had two dentists in Los Angeles, so I don't have much to compare Dr. Louie's office to. HOWEVER, my visit with Dr. Louie and his staff was amazing. They take every precaution and follow COVID related procedures. My hygienist Valencia (?) was very efficient, knowledgeable, and kind. I got a standard cleaning from her, received an X-ray, and had a general exam with Dr. Louie. Everything took a little over an hour. They accepted my delta dental insurance, scheduled my next cleaning, and sent me on my way! ALSO, I learned that Dr. Louie and Valencia are both USC graduates

I had a great experience visiting Dr. Louie's office. I got my teeth cleaning done by the hygienist, Juliann. She was very gentle and through with her cleaning. I really appreciate her taking the time to explain to me about my teeth and what I can do to improve my home care. I really appreciate coming to an office knowing the staffs really care about they do. I have been browsing around and reading Yelp reviews. Dr Louie and his staff are nice and professional. Highly recommend coming here!

Somehow, Dr. Louie and his team make going to the dentist an enjoyable experience. I originally went for a routine cleaning, and have returned for a crown and mouth guard. My previous dentist doesn't come close to comparing to Dr. Louie and the pride he takes in his work. He goes out of his way to make sure his patients are satisfied and comfortable, even calling after appointments to follow up. I've never received such care from a dentist. His entire staff is also incredibly warm and lovely; funny enough, I look forward to my appointments.

Came here for teeth cleaning and to get a consult for my wilson teeth to be extracted.
From the outside it didn't look very nice and by that i mean the building it's in. I found it a little tricky because i didn't know what button to press on the elevator. Nonetheless i figured it out and found the office. The staff was so friendly and you can tell they are not kidding around with the COVID safety. They took my temperature and had me fill out forms with sanitized pens. Once in the room i was treated by who i thought was the dentist but she was just the assistant. I couldn't

In the middle of a pandemic, the LAST thing you want to do is probably go to a dentist. But I have to say that the staff AND Dr. Louie were super upfront with costs and efficient and this was not only a great visit but I really felt that they weren't trying to upsell me on things I didn't need while fixing immediately (and they didn't have to!) the thing I needed fixed. Plus they kept saying I was cute and really THEY are the cuties.
If you're in LA, go to this beautiful office and get your teeth properly examined and cleaned!

First off, the staff is amazing. I've been a patient for over 2 years. First came in because of my wisdom teeth removal, very fast and easy process. The team took the time to call me to check on me a few hours after getting home and the following days. I have continued to come here because I always feel welcomed & they all know me. It's such a great feeling coming to a dentist where they take the time to know you. Thank you guys.
