The current preferred employer discount is a $100 reservation fee (normally $300). To receive this discount, the Lessee (not occupant) must be a full-time employee of one of the employers listed above. Part-time employees, volunteers, sub-contractors or people retired from the employer (with the exception of military) are not eligible.

She was beyond helpful through the process and open to any questions I may have had about the property. All in all I couldn’t have made my choice without her.

From the front desk to the maintenance team, every member of the Bells Bluff establishment is amazing. Super quick to get back to you, work orders are completed as soon as the same day, and they are always helpful when you have any questions. 10/10 would recommend. Shout out to the leasing team (chris, jake, and tory) for helping us all out so much.
The grounds themselves are also beautiful, well maintained and come with amazing views. Honestly, i was skeptical, i’ve seen a lot of places where the pamphlets do not live up to reality. However in this case, it’s almost the opposites come true

This place just had an incident where a young black man was using the dog park on premises. He was approached by a an off duty security guard for the complex. The security guard was saying he was trespassing and would not allow the young man to leave the park. After a few minutes the security guard assaulted the man until the police could show up. If you like that kind of harassment this place is for you.

We love Bell's Bluff! Smart City helped us through our renting process and it was very smooth and easy. The nature aspect of the complex is definitely our favorite...the pool overlooking the Cumberland river is so sick!! Our friends always joke that they feel like they're on vacation when they come see us :)

As with any apartments, there are the positives and the negatives. The biggest positive, and what truly suckers everyone into ultimately deciding to have bells bluff as their place of residence, is the amenities. Not often can you find a place with two pools and two work out areas. It probably also helps that the floor plans look nice with a good looking island. With all of that said, I need to state the negatives, or atleast things you must consider before choosing to live at bells bluff apartments.

We absolutely love this apartment complex! My husband and I have lived in a few different apartments before moving to Nashville and this one is hands down our favorite! We used smart city concierge and between their amazing customer service and the bells bluff staff it was such a breeze to move in! We have been here for a little over a month now and have no complaints! Everything is clean and everyone is super nice! As much as we want to buy a house we almost want to stay here for a few years just because the apartments and amenities are so nice!!

Please be aware that Southern Hospitality is just a myth nowadays.
Apartment Locators recommended Bells Bluff to me based on the higher end quality. Nothing could be further from the truth.
I was looking for the quietest apartment since I accepted position as a third shift ICU nurse. Instead, I was given "premium" top floor apartment in the building closest to three highways. Noise level was unbearable inside and outside. When I requested to void the 14 months lease, I was threatened by Cindy, Bells Bluff manager, to be taken to court and pay full lease. My boyfriend and I were lookIng into getting a new apartment so on a whim we decided to go check out Bells Bluff.
We were immediately greeted by the most awesome woman named Hayden. She didn't waste any time (which is exactly my style). She took us immediately to the apartment with the best view and we were sold right then and there.
The best part about Hayden is that we didn't leave confused on what any of the fees will be ( a lot of big apartment complex try to throw in hidden fees and not let you be aware until you are physically signing the lease. ). So that night we went home

I've been living here for about two months. I love living here. I feel like I'm only about 15-20 away from everything in the city. The views are AMAZING!! The application process was pretty seamless thanks to Kendrick. He was attentive and entertaining. He made sure we had everything we needed and was only a call or text away. There were some loud neighbors consistently and he took care of that after reaching out. Kendrick always has an answer for my questions.

EXCELLENT property in a prime location. It has a luxury rustic feel with its river views, dreamy amenities, and fast access to downtown. My husband and I knew we'd found THE apartment by the end of our tour. Kendrick gave us a detailed tour and got answers to every question my husband and I had. He was willing to help us explore every possible combination of floor plan-river view-leasing special. Along the way he was patient, honest, and even funny! Don't choose an apartment in Nashville until you see this one.

My leasing agent, Kendrick Williams was AMAZING!!! Very thorough and professional. We visited several one and two bedroom floor plans. They are all very spacious and have fantastic views. I am moving to Nashville from Atlanta and I cannot wait to move into this beautiful apartment home and take advantage of the state of the art amenities! I'm so excited!!!

OMG! This property is not yet complete, but the views at this property are absolutely breathtaking!!! I've been to so many properties in Nashville and I'd just about given up until I came here! Kendrick was super nice and went out of his way to help me and provide me with information. I'm so glad I came by!!! Seriously breathtaking views!!! I can not wait to move in.
