We have lived here for almost 7 months, and we love it. The front office personnel are so kind and helpful with anything that comes up.
I have lived all over the country and have never had a front office team care like the Monroe team does.
In addition, the maintenance staff are incredibly nice and always speak to you and chat with you, that can make someone’s day, it has made mine a time or two. When you have a problem with something the front desk and maintenance staff go above and beyond to make sure it’s resolved.
Clara and her cleaning team are so very kind and genuine.

I have lived here at The Monroe for 3 years and would be hard pressed to find much in the way of negativity to write about. Obviously the location is unbeatable, but the true favorability comes from the people and staff who run the place. Melanie and the front office are amazing, responsive and accommodating. Clara and her cleaning staff are so sweet and always smiling. I have requested about 5-10 repairs/replacements during my time and not once has the service been unsatisfactory. With all of the bad information out there about so many things, the decision to live at the Monroe is an easy one

We have lived at the Monroe since last year and do not have one complaint! It is such a nice place and the staff has been fantastic every step of the way.
They have been accommodating any and every time.
There are several doors to get through before coming into your own apartment, and my wife loves this as she feels really safe because of so many access points.
We toured about 10 other places around town before coming here and between the amenities, pricing, and grade of the actual apartment, we thought The Monroe is the best. Really happy with our decision!

The Monroe charged my college student exorbitant fees upon her moving out. Not only did they charge her and her roommate bogus fees but they didn’t contact them about the fees and sent the charges to a collection attorney and reported it on their credit report. So, in the end it cost us the deposit plus an additional $1,000 upon leaving The Monroe. When I tried to call them to discuss this they would not speak to me and only referred my daughter to the attorney. They clearly are taking advantage of young students in the Nashville area, so be careful signing any lease with this company! I recommend

From the beginning we have felt like we were misinformed. We were shown an apartment that after we left was told that apartment was no longer available. Being that we left town and felt like the rooms would be similar we decided to go with it. The trash valet system, which you pay for in rent regardless, has Sunday- Thursday hours, which we found was annoying as our heavy trash days were the weekends. On top of that, the company was quite unreliable and would not come fairly often. For those reasons, we have used the service a total of 3 times. We were told the insurance company that The Monroe
