This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. If you want to live with roaches and constant plumbing issues followed with water damaged floors and cabinets this is the place. I had an AC unit go out in the middle of the summer and it took about a month to get fixed and when they did fix it, the maintenance men dropped an enormous tool through the roof and left a gaping hole which took another 2 weeks to be repaired. I was not compensated for the major difference in my electric bill. The rent is astronomical for the quality of living and the service of the employees. I wish I could go

Been here for over two years now and counting the days until I get to move out.
This place went downhill very fast.
Roaches EVERYWHERE outside.
(Luckily I get maybe one a week inside, but I have friends in other units who are not so lucky.)
So much trash everywhere.
Stray cats are taking over.
Things they promised to fix when I moved in (broken screen, broken wood panel on deck) were never fixed.
I've had a work order in for almost TWO MONTHS to fix my BROKEN TOILET. !!!!!
The other residents are not respectful and leasing office does nothing about it. (ie double parking you in overnight

I moved into Bellevue West about a month ago and I am extremely satisfied with my decision. The staff at Bellevue West is phenomenal! They really made me feel like they care. It was a much different experience than I had had with other apartment communities. Matthew Grant was so helpful in assisting me find my new home. He gave me a thorough tour of the community and showed me several layouts until I picked the one best suited for me. He stayed in contact with me the entire time I was getting ready to move in. He was always available to answer any questions I had and responded back to me promptly

We woke up to the fire alarms going off and saw our whole floor was being flooded by foul smelling tainted water pouring through our light fixtures, air conditioning vents, and collapsed ceilings. This was our… 3rd week moving in. Now several weeks later they still hav not come close to to making right in fact they have done dehumanizing, and illegal things to us through the whole process. I’m in the process of moving to Nashville in two months so I took a weekend trip to take a look at some places to live. I have viewed several and it’s been exhausting to say the least. I just have to see how easy the staff at Bellevue West made it for me to take a look at a couple of their openings. Still can’t believe they have that many pools either! The grounds were kept super clean and nice.
I couldn’t have been more impressed. Huge thanks to Matt for being so helpful in answering all my crazy questions. Also, thank you for recommending the amazing sushi spot down the street. Lunch

Absolutely terrible 0/10. Lived there for 10 months dryer was broke for 8 of those months. Sink was broke for 1 disposal broke for 2. Dishwasher didn’t work from the start. Moved in place was filled with ants. Maintenance didn’t care about timing. Only reason why the dryer got fixed is because maintenance went to the wrong apartment and he said… “while I’m here I might as well fix this” took him only 2 hours to do something that we were told it would take months to complete. I have lived here for the past year and it has not been a pleasant experience when it comes to maintenance issues. they will take forever to fix something, nothing is an emergency to them, the on call emergency… maintenance guy will not come out because he lives in Mt.Juliet, and they flat out do not care about you and I have proof. you pay an immense amount of money to live somewhere because they have luxury in their name when there is nothing luxurious about them. Management is a hot mess. Maintenance request we put in at the beginning of our lease in August hasn’t been fixed ( now in May). AC broken since April 7 hasn’t been fixed ( May 11). They only care about taking your money. Don’t go there. They left me without running water in the kitchen for more than a week and I was paying full rent.never missed their rent payment. I don’t normally do reviews but I’m doing this cos I want to save your money and your well-being.

If you submit lab-tested evidence of mold & offer sixty days’ notice to move out of their moldy apartment, like you are supposed to do... expect to get hit by collections from “Jennifer McCoy” who is an out of state attorney that isn’t even licensed to practice collections in the state of Tennessee. Absolute sham. I cannot wait to present this information to Honorable Judge of the General Sessions Court.

This is the perfect community for someone looking for city living in the country. It's perfectly nestled in the mountain just close enough to downtown. And it reminds me as I look out our back patio of the… exact reason why we moved to Tennessee ..... Trees, mountains and nature's beauty. It's so serene. THIS IS HOME. I've been here less than a month but so far my experience living here has been great. The apartment itself is updated and clean. I live having a washer and dryer provided and in the apartment. I chose a building off to the side and it has been very quiet. The staff that helped me with the viewing and lease were great. The amenities are amazing and I look forward to warmer so I can enjoy the beautiful pool.

I applied to these apartments and was denied after being denied I’m being told that I owe them money because the amount for 149 didn’t go through due to the account being closed. Yet I applied elsewhere with a friend using the same account used to apply here and everything went through smoothly and was approved with no issues. My friend also… applied previously and was approved and she was told the same thing that she owed money because the account used for payment was closed, they also owe her a refund and they told her it would take 30 days. I’ve never heard of such thing

1. There are no bugs or rats in my apartment; 2. The management tells you when maintenance will come, it was 24-48 hours for me; 3. Not only has maintenance came to help me twice but leaves note of what they did after fixing any major or miniscule issues - thank you!
4. Rosemary and Co. are very professional - nobody expects your leasing agent to be your best friend but if I have any questions, issues or concerns, she/the other agents are there for me.

This apartment complex pulled the bait and switch. They told us when we inquired that the terms for breaking the lease early was a 2 month notice, no cancel fee. Then when we broke the lease ( we knew we would as we were relocating to the area and looking to purchase), they snuck in a $1200 fee. They verbally told us they would not do that and now they are threatening to sue us and adding legal fees on top.

They pay their residents for positive reviews. Indoor pool closed forever. All pools and hot tub have been closed since October 2017. The staff is worthless and incompetent. $500 light bills. $80 water bills. They nickel and dime you everywhere. Infested with roaches. Not at all as advertised. Everything on their website is a lie. I’m actually going to seek legal relief from them because I had to move because the maintenance was incompetent. This is long overdue, as I have drafted numerous reviews of this property as a resident in the past, and then decided to wait to post because I was so angry and frustrated. Let me advise you to heed the warnings of others who have posted within this year (check the "not recommended" page) and years past, as it seems the same major problems still exist. This is about the nastiest place I have ever lived. The management has been rude and ignorant since day one they took over this place. They can't keep an accurate ledger of payments. When they first took over from previous management I had to tell them lease amount and pull the ledger from the last company to prove I didn't have a balance. Always get a receipt. I even tried to make appointments with the assistant and property manager. They make the appointment and then 10 minutes after you've waited, they tell you they are just way to busy to meet with you. Regardless of any indoor or outdoor building issues - the fact that they raise your rent 10% to renew your lease (to pay for renovations (putting lipstick on a pig is more like it) when YOU don't even have a renovated apartment) is RIDICULOUS! No wonder tenants that have lived here for years are leaving! And yes, the water and electricity bills are outrageous.
For $1K and up, you can get nicer, newer buildings down the street.
