I contacted “emergency” maintenance after locking myself out of my apartment around 6:30pm on a Saturday. I was told it is “company policy” for maintenance to refuse to help me regain access to my apartment after regular business hours, but on any given weekday, the leasing office will help in the situation of a lockout. Simply because I happened to lock myself out at an extremely inopportune time for them, the company that I pay timely and monthly rent denied me HELP and had the nerve to disguise their lack of consideration as “company policy.” The Flats at Taylor Place and Lincoln

Let me start by saying that we love it here!
My husband and I moved here for his job and decided to live in Germantown due to it being quiet, a close proximity to work and restaurants. Little did we know that moving into this complex would also bring us a sense of community. Our neighbors are some of the nicest people we have ever met, and I can say the same for management. Any time we need something, either management or our neighbors are there to help. 100% would recommend to any dog lover who wants a sense of community and and proximity to amazing food!

I lived here for two years when I moved to Nashville for work, only knowing one person. Management was very friendly and communicative, and the other tenants really made it feel like a community, and not just a place where we all happened to live. I totally miss the place, and living somewhere else now really makes me appreciate how good the staff was at the Flats.

As a 3+ year resident, I can honestly there’s not a better location, service or renting experience in Nashville. Thanks specifically to Melissa, Brianna and Mitzi for top notch support to my wife and I during our time here. Always safe and secure, clean, and modern, I would 100% recommend FTP to Friends and Family. Easy access to highway for Clarksville commuters to avoid traffic, and tucked into the heart of Germantown’s parks and restaurants. We loved the pool, the roof top views and clean gym. Will miss it here!

I lived in this apt complex for over 5 years and loved it! The property manager, Mitzi has been there since I moved in an always went above and beyond to help me. I have been in multiple apt complexes and the staff is hit or miss, they start out helping you and then fall off over your time there. The main reason I stayed so long in this building was because the maintenance team always showed up quickly and they keep it clean. Mitzi was always there if I needed anything and was willing to help in every situation!

Overall the apartment is fine. The apartments aren’t super clean but there are good amenities and good events. The biggest issue is the staff/management. I lived here for 2 years in 2 different units and the management is a joke. Don’t expect anything from them, ever. You will never get them on the phone, it takes weeks to return an email and months to actually get anything done. Completely unprofessional. Just do yourself a favor and pick from one of the other 20 buildings in Germantown.

I really love living here (3 months in so far). It's a drastic change from what I had to put up with before I made it to this side of town. The neighbors are friendly, my dog is happy and so am I. Germantown's great - I can walk everywhere! I also have to give big props to the event staff at the Flats. I love the coming home to high end complimentary wine and cheese spreads and mingling by the fire pit - unreal! It's definitely not cheap but just I'm enjoying living in a safe/clean apartment building and hope to stay for a long while.

The location can’t be better and the individual apartments are very nice. The shared amenities are ok, but not well taken care of. The hallways have trash in them on a regular basis and smell of garbage. The pool is often dirty and grills are often broken. The office staff is unprofessional and unresponsive.

We are so happy to have found this place! We were in Nashville viewing apartments after being relocated for work when winter storm Jonas hit. The day we came to sign our lease at The Flats there was 8-10 inches… of snow on the ground and we realized that we would be unable to travel back home to Savannah as planned, and we had already checked out of our hotel. Thankfully, Lindey and the management team here are incredible. Within an hour, they had contacted other residents who graciously let us borrow an air mattress, pillows, linens. and towels so that we'd be more comfortable in our empty

We are so grateful to Lindey and the team at The Flats at Taylor Place for helping us find our first apartment in Nashville! We have just moved from Australia and I had heard stories from other colleagues who had also moved of not being able to find apartments or have applications accepted for up to 3 months... not ideal in the winter or when you'… re about to start a new job! However, the day after arriving in Nashville we toured The Flats, and less than a week after arriving we had moved in! The facilities are fantastic and the location is exactly what we wanted having moved from Melbourne

First week in my new flat and it's FABULOUS! I love being a part of the Germantown neighborhood! The Flats have everything a gal could want! Great amenities, plenty of green walking space for the pup, close to fantastic restaurants, and a safe place to park my car! Downtown vibe with the luxury of a neighborhood feel. Happy to call this home!
