Just renewed my lease last month after being in my current apartment for a year, I have lived in Peyton Stakes for just over 3 years. The management team has had a steep road over the past year dealing with first the tornado and then responding to Covid-19. Managing to put a human touch on some very tough situations for a community. In the time that I have lived here I have seen constant improvements both to the buildings and interactions with tenants. Best apartment complex that I have ever lived in.

I have lived at Peyton Stakes for over a year now and have nothing but great things to say. The building is always clean, maintenance is quick to respond and the office staff is always helpful. Brittany, the assistant manager, recently went out of her way to successfully help us get the lowest renewal rate possible. I highly recommend PS for anymore looking to live in the Germantown area!

I have lived at Peyton Stakes for almost four years and have had such a great experience. I am having to relocate to the east coast for work but if I am ever back to Nashville, I won't hesitate to come back here. The newest management has been great and super responsive with any needs, plus the community is super friendly in such a great part of town! If you're looking for a new home in Nashville, highly recommend this community!

I moved to Nashville from the West Coast recently and unfortunately was unable to view apartments in person. That said, Peyton Stakes–notably Brittany–stood out with thorough communication, quick responses, initiating a virtual tour, and essentially answering my millions of questions, and was very sincere and accommodating through it all! Lived at Peyton Stakes for 2 years and was sorry to leave (company transfer). 5 min from Broadway, 20 min from the airport and lots of great local eateries just steps away. Very safe place to live, tenants are mostly young professionals and those in the music business. Some AirBnB rentals in the complex means that there are always new people to meet.
Pool is a party on the weekends and lots of other amenities including a gym, yoga space, art room and 5th floor patio to name a few. Usually (pre COVID) there are weekly activities to join.
Also a nice recreation space in the 1st floor parking area

This building was run spectacularly by previous management. Since the new company, Bluestone, took over minimal services like trash removal, hallway cleaning, and mail services have been left off their priority list. In the last 45 days the elevator has been in and out operation countless times. They’ll hold packages downstairs without any… notification to tenets. The fire alarm went off twice in the middle of the night with no notice afterwards of why it happened. And it takes days to hear anything back via email/phone. Pretty sad as this used to be an awesome place to live.

Perfect residence, perfect location, perfect living. Everthing about this place is awesome. Great on site facilities and mins walk away from lots of different bars and restaurants. Also, the Peyton Stakes team are impeccable. Friendly, courteous and just all round awesome people. Also free Frothy Monkey coffee! Can't forget that!
