The moment you realize exactly what you need to do to get what you want. It's an elusive feeling, but its something we've all experienced, and want to experience over and over again. One of my biggest "aha-moments" came in 2018 when I left the corporate world to pursue my passion for fitness and nutrition.
It was a risky move, and not a seamless transition, but ultimately it was the right thing for me to do. Today, I'm living out my aha-moment and helping others have more of those moments for themselves. As a trainer and chef, I guide people along their wellness journey. Physically through exercise and nutrition.

I took lessons under Laman for three months. I find his trainings very professional and communicative. It helps me understand my body better. Also, I’d recommend getting the meal boxes prepared by Laman. They are super healthy and delicious. I’d buy meals from him soon!

Laman is a great trainer! He's helpful, communicative, flexible, and knowledgeable.
His workout tracker is a very useful tool in the gym.
His meal prep is affordable and delicious.
I saw some great gains in the time we worked together and this is during the height of COVID and we switched to outdoor workouts.
If you want a great workout and someone who will invest in you, working with Laman is great.

For years, I took pride in my body and health and somewhere in my 40s, I let that part of my life slip away, becoming complacent with who I was. The first order of this renaissance was to find the right Personal Trainer. I couldn’t find any recommendations. Laman is a fantastic personal trainer! He helped me prep for an extensive backpacking trip. He has the right amount of balance between encouraging you and pushing you to go beyond your limits. On top of that, he also cooks meals if you need help with healthy meal prepping! 10/10 highly recommend!

Do yourself a favor and connect with Laman! This is the coach you want on your corner when life throws everything at you and I been through it from injury, down on myself about not losing enough, new child and figuring out how working out fits into my née schedule. He encourages and helps mentally and physically. He offers great training, full body stretching before, tasty meals to help with nutrition, and checks in. Couldn’t recommend anyone better to help you on your journey.

Laman brings an experiential and wholistic vibe to training and nutrition. I tried the meal prep program and gym motivation sessions. The cuisine is well prepared. He is flexible to varying food sensitivities. I’d say that his knowledge about spices and the variety of meals is nice with roots in French, African and East Asian cooking. I learned some things in PT and exercises that I use regularly. I did feel challenged and motivated. Keep up the good work.

I appreciate his patience and being communicative. He always response to my questions. He ensures my wellness by asking how I feel and provide a solution to any tight muscles I have.
