I really don't give reviews but the Management is awfulI was supposed to pay 925 for rent. She tried to make me Sign a new lease in the same year after when I signed the first one for 925 then when I said no I already signed the least for 925 she went into the system and change it to 970 and also send texts to threatened the Attendance that if you don't pay the amount you will get Evicted and you will have to pay a $500 fee which that's not on my least . they don't keep there word on fixing anything its always an excuse I wouldn't Recommend anyone to stay here

Would NOT recommend. At least not under current management. My air has been out since the month of February and here we are in the month of May and still NO AIR. Work orders have been put in. Have gone by the office and spoken with someone and to no avail......NO AIR. Was told we would get a window unit til the part came in that they are or was suppose to order. Still haven't seen that unit. I just want sleep and not wake up in sweat or have to have my window with holes in the screen open all day. I usually don't leave reviews but this is ridiculous especially when we have not been problematic

I just recently moved from Bessemer place Apts after 4 years, apt 1605. Had a rough beginning, but made it through. Changed management a few times since I move been there, but is a lot better. Kristyn was a big help, she made things happen. I give her 5 stars. Keep up the FABULOUS work your doing Kristyn, your making things better there. I enjoyed my stay there. Especially the last year I was there.. Great job team.. to the maintenance men, y’all are awesome.. thank you for the change Tim...

Yes i did get another fridge and that one don't work either and I've called the office to let them know she told me give her to the end of the day and that's been a week ago im just tired now i have been patient and don't worry them if i can help it but this is a bit much kids damaging things and nothing is being done just terrible
