I love my apartment! I've been living here for 3 years and the community is always in great shape, plenty of parking, an. Management has been consistent over the years and very rarely do I have any issues with my home.

Cyndi is the best. She's welcoming, down to earth, understanding, knowledgeable and she goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. My personal experience with her has been so awesome. She really cares about her residents. A day i'll never forget, i had a flat tire and i wasnt able to change it but Cyndi road by, saw me she got on her hands and knees and helped change my tire so when i say she goes above and beyond to care for her residents i mean just that!!!! Cyndi is the best part of CGOA and she represents the company well. ♥💪🏾📍💯

What’s advertised is definitely NOT what you’ll get in reality these apartments are like a section 8 nightmare. I was supposed to move on the 12th drove 1 hour and 30 minutes just for them to tell me the apartment was still being renovated. Instead of emailing or calling me prior to the move in date to let me know what was going on they wasted my time and gas. My move in date was then changed to the 18th but I didn’t move in until the 19th because “my locks had to be changed”. I never received a mailbox key and everyone I asked had a different excuse as to when I’d get one. There was

This place is not worth living here The answer machine says beautiful property that's the lightest thought outfield you have a pool with no water Yes they prepaid the driveway but the inside are also mold in the ceiling leaks in the walls ceilings are falling down nothing is being done no closet doors tile in the floor not all the way down the list can go on and on you go to the office to report problems that constantly tell you that they're understaffed or don't have anybody that can come fix it or if they do tell you somebody is coming you do not see them it is ridiculous the way they conduct

I have been trying to call to get questions answered prior to my move in but im thinking about not even moving into the complex due to not being able to reach anyone...cant really speak to the condition of the apartments because i havent even moved in things were going swimmingly before these last two weeks i have been unable to reach anyone on the phone for the last two weeks this is a shame
update: have been trying to call all day today to no avail and still can reach anyone. Update: Was Finally Able to Speak with someone and get my questions answered, very satisfied with the answers i received

If I could give a rating of -5 it would be applicable. I placed a work order on 4/30/21, my bathroom ceiling and walls have been demolished by maintenance trying to repair a leaking issue. I have been waiting to get issue resolved. I have sent letters, emails with pictures and my issues have still not been completely addressed are resolved. This is not only poor management but it is mentally draining to me. I never thought that I would be placed in this type of situation. I am praying daily that God give me guidance on how to handle this situation. I sent a third "3rd" letter out and have gotten

I thought at first It was a good little apartment for one person for the first time but I was sadly mistaken. I moved in November 20th even though it was supposed to be the 13th but they changed it for no reason. In December when it was really cold, my heat was not working and my refrigerator went out. But since it was so cold, i didn’t even noticed for a while. It took me putting in at least two requests to get someone to fix my heat and to get me a new fridge. It had roaches since i moved in so I dont know why they were charging me for pest control. They had a rule about no aggressive breeds

I lived at this apartment complex for 2 years. I moved out of the apartment in December of 2016. I have contacted there corporate location (ROCO Real Estate-Sofia) at the the time to inquire about my deposit money. The corporate location advised me to contact the apartment complex management. Tony (apartment manager at the time) doesn't return phone calls. I was promised my deposit and have yet to hear back from the complex. Don't move here, don't waste your time. They don't fix anything just patch stuff up.
