I live at Narrows ridge and this is the worst place to live! Don’t ever live here. My upstairs neighbor is psychotic and will attempt to break into my apartment, throw glass bottles near my bedroom window and has had numerous episodes like throwing her belongings off her second story porch and slamming doors consistently. She will blast music all night and although the authorities have been contacted numerous times about her, narrows ridge and Edison47 have not done anything to evict her. She is a threat to everyone that lives here and management doesn’t care. Edison47 is completely unprofessional

They switched the billing for my last month to a new billing system that I already have an account with so it tries to log into the old account with my email I used. Haven't been able to contact the new payment company despite calling during business hours and if I called the complex they would say its not their problem like they always did.

Do not pay any attention to the good reviews for this con of a company. The employees leave reviews so they look better but do not be fooled. You will regret moving into any of their properties, they do not maintain their properties besides the occasional leaf blower and grass trim. They don't care if animals live inside your ceiling as you can hear them crawling around in the walls. They don't care if you or your kids get crushed by the trees they don't maintain. They charge way more than what their places are even worth and are very much so full of themselves like a yuppy upper class that's better

Some of the 5 star reviews are employees, which is unacceptable and unprofessional.
This company has no structure and no accountability. They encouraged thier employees to lie and manipulate residents and prospective residents in order to gain more money. The employees are told that if they rent an apartment above what the actual apartment is worth they will get the difference between the rental rate and the actual rate as a bonus. This is not a normal tactic used by companies, as they generally just offer a flat bonus based on the home you rent.

I've lived in an edison47 managed property for the last 4 years and can't say enough good things about them. I've even moved in order to stay with edison47 management (they sold the first building I was living in). The entire team is so helpful and customer service focused. You can really can tell the difference between edison47 and the other companies in the area.
