One Taekwondo Charitable Trust Foundation is a 501(c)(3) entity brought together to serve the Oregon Taekwondo community. Established in 2014, this non-profit organization was made to support Taekwondo athletes in reaching their dream to compete at national and international levels.

Since then, International champions such as Master Niranjan Shresta has been serving both quality training of Olympic Style Taekwondo and daring new ventures into pushing the team to top peak performance. The Elite team training, coordinated by the president of One Taekwondo Academy Master Frenel Ostin, reflects the perseverance of each individual athlete while showing their dedication to become the nation's greatest champions.
Taekwondo is the right way of using Tae and Kwon 'fists and feet, ' or all the parts of the body that are represented by fists and feet. Second, it is a way to control or calm down fights and keep the peace. This concept comes from the meaning of Tae Kwon 'to put fists under control' [or 'to step on fists'].
Our Assessment Level program is the right fit for Martial Arts introduction and exploration. This program is designed to provide a safe and fun learning environment for everyone 7 years old and up. While engaging students with an energetic yet comfortable learning curriculum, our program also teaches the tenets that make up Taekwondo such as; courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self control and indomitable spirit.

Our boys did the trial offer, $20 each includes 2 private classes and a uniform. The owner put both boys in the "private" lesson...fine. My husband took them to the first lesson, it was 1 hour and my husband thought it was great. I took them to the 2nd lesson, I walked to the market nearby while they were warming up...came back 25 min later and the boys were sitting on a bench waiting for me. They were done?? Owner on the phone...baffled, I waited 10 min as I figured he'd want to talk to me about signing them up (maybe explain why the "private" lesson was cut short? Nope

I went to Sushiville near by, but they opened at 11:30 a.m (I was a few minutes early). I walked around the building to see if ColdStone was still there, NOPE, it's a new business. I checked it out, WOW, they are offering Two Classes & Free Uniform for $20. The new owner is pretty nice, he seems to know what he was talking about. My first lesson is on Monday, I will write an update review next week . I asked him to post for a picture, he was a bit hesitant at first but complied and posed for me. lol
