5 stars does not do this place enough justice. Tammy at the front desk is kind and caring. She was able to get me in on short notice and was great to me explaining everything. Dr. Henderson is the best dentist I have ever been to and I have been to a lot of different ones. He is extremely caring and careful with how he operates. He always makes sure you know what is going on and makes sure you are comfortable. He makes a not so fun process a lot easier with how great he treats his patients. My tooth broke, oh no, massive pain! I tried calling 2 dental practices to get an appointment, both places I've been a patient of in the past, and both times I hit the answering machine. I left my information and asked that I be called back about making an appointment. Then my Brother told me about PV Dentistry, and the great people they have there, so I figured it couldn't hurt to try one more place. Holly answered up, and was very sympathetic- she offered to see me THAT SAME DAY, at least to get pain medication if needed. I made an appointment with their office for extraction to take place only

My husband and I moved to Prescott Valley this summer and needed to find a new dentist office. Of course I was curious to try Dr Harold Henderson’s office (we are same last name) and then also curiously their hygienist’s name is Thomas, the same as my husband. We were very impressed and we were happy we chose them. Thomas was extremely thorough, professional and gentle. Also very pleased with their state of the art Panoramic 3D xray machine!! Thomas was able to show me the health and stability of my tooth and bone structure which was very reassuring to me. We do recommend PV Dentistry!

The whole staff from the front desk to the Dr.'s are amazing. They make sure you know every step of any procedure you are getting and provide a comfortable environment in which to get it done. Most dentist offices don't remember your name and herd you in and out like cattle, not here. I've told friends and family about this place and they feel the same. There are a lot of dentist offices to chose from, but give this place a chance, you'll be glad you did.

Very high marks for PV Dentistry and staff. First time visit, I was filling out forms And Dr. Henderson came to greet me in the waiting room, a nice touch, we chatted and I let him know my dental concerns.
To back up a little bit though I had another office in mind but I ended up at this office because I spoke to Roger initially and HE was instrumental in my decision because he was super on the phone, friendly and professional.

Love this dental office! They are so friendly and willing to work with you. They truly put you and your teeth first. Thomas has cleaned my teeth twice this year and he is so gentle and thorough. He does an amazing job and I actually look forward to my dental visits. I highly recommend this dentist office.

So I'm a bit surprised at how good my experience was here! I'm a regular customer of Bradshaw Family Dental (who is a very good dentist as well) but Bradshaw couldn't fit me in for an emergency refilling until Wednesday. No big deal, it is what it is, I don't fault Bradshaw... So I needed to call around for another dentist. I called PV Dentistry and they absolutely did a fantastic job. They fit me in during their busy schedule (which I didn't expect them to do, nor will I ever expect a busy dentist office to do) and absolutely did one of the best fillings I've ever had done. Hadn't been to dentist in many many years. Since childhood extreme fear of all dentists. I asked my friends and they recommended PV Dentistry. Can I say how happy I am to have found them. Gentle and caring service. Love all the staff! Will definitely be coming in every 6 months for exam and cleaning.

The staff was so nice and welcoming. They where very helpful in our dental needs. They went above and beyond with customer service and customer care. After having a negative experience from a previous dentist, a friend referred me to PV Dentistry. Dr. Henderson and staff are committed to providing the best experience. Previous dentist was impervious to my complaints of sensitivity to cold with several teeth. I discussed my previous experience and expressed my concerns and Dr. Henderson wasted no time in alleviating the sensitivity issues, at no charge. Dr. Henderson is an excellent communicator and I appreciate his professional insight and ability to fix what the previous dentist could not. Thanks Dr. H.!

Who likes going to the dentist? Not me! I hate having X-Rays taken, I have a gag reflex, and I had a traumatic experience at a dentist in Florida. When I moved here in 2008 my husband going to PV Dentistry and so that's where I made my first appointment in Arizona. What a difference from my last experience.
