As we use a Portland Parks building for our classes, we are closed until they re-open for classes. Please check their website for the latest information. Our focus is on being welcoming, family-friendly (we have lots of parent-child "teams" that train with us), and fun. We ask everyone to give their best effort, and are open to ages 6 and up.
And note the dates and times to confirm you have selected the class you want, and then click Add to Cart. Students are eligible to promote once they have demonstrated a solid understanding of their top form and have attended at least 30 classes. Additional requirements may apply per student - these will be clearly communicated to the student.

Services
You don't need to wear a uniform for your first class - just wear something comfortable. If you have a uniform from another martial art, you're welcome to wear that on your first day, too. In general we recommend long sleeves and pants, and note that you'll be barefoot in class. Also, please remove all jewelry.
Uniforms are $35 and include all patches. You are not required to purchase a uniform until you are ready to promote to yellow stripe. Iron on instructions: set iron to hottest setting and don't use any steam. Place something like a pillowcase on top of the patch and press the iron down hard with no motion for 45 seconds.

We have attended Woodstock Taekwondo for about four years, and it has been an extremely positive experience for my son and me. Character-building, physical fitness, self-defense, father-son bonding, all in a supportive setting that is community based... I can't say enough good about Woodstock Taekwondo.
