My move to The Knolls at Inglewood Hill was seamless. From the application, the approval, the communication to the actual move in. Kiki and Victoria were super helpful and extremely friendly. The property itself is clean, quiet and very well maintained. Very happy with my experience and looking forward to making memories in my new home.

The overall area is ok, and there is potential but the management has went severely downhill. I expect more from someone operating in the area. They behave more like they are operating a slum on highway 99. They give worthless responses to serious complaints, just like their vapid replies here on Google. They've also become schwifty and can only guess they are in financial trouble because they are nickel and diming people as you'll see from other recent complaints. Bottom line is the people operating the property can't be trusted, which is truly sad.

I'll be honest, while living there it wasn't horrible. Their parcel room was always a disaster and dumping at the garbage cans was a major issue. The gym was closed the entire time, but covid happened, so I dropped it. I left my apartment in decent condition, with some normal wear and tear. But they have the nerve to never contact me about my deposit (whatever I dropped it) and then contact me 7 MONTHS later and say I owe them money???? WHAT? Never once did I receive any response once I moved out. Avoid this place like the plague, their office people are revolving doors.

Pros: Maintenance was very friendly, solved our issues well and gave us a very positive experience.
Cons: A) After resealing the microwave vent, the fan is now far louder for some reason. Not sure why. B) Maintenance was backed up and required 10 days to fix our dryer. We understand how busy they can be and that there isn't always much you can do about that.
Overall, we would rate 5/5 if not for the wait, which we understand. 4/5 is still good.

I lived at The Knolls for one year with my wife and my 2 year old daughter. While our stay started off ok, it gradually got worse as time went on. The pool and the gym on site were closed the whole time we were there, we had multiple issues with the apartment including a hole in the ceiling that was never fixed, and they charged us to replace the carpet in the unit after we left, even though I knew that we took very good care of the place. Needless to say, we had much better experiences at every other apartment complex that we have stayed at around the world. I never felt like I could trust The
