The worst Front office person had to ever deal with.
Just moved in to apartment still trying to settle down. Had to get printouts for very important application with a tight deadline. The business center was not working (Never communicated) and when requested to print few pages of application from leasing office printer, had shown the worst attitude ever. The whole purpose of leasing office is to help residents but all we heard are
* Business Center is a privilege
* It is not our duty to check if printers are working or not in Business Center
* I don't have to print out in Leasing office even

Living here was the first time I felt unsafe. I heard multiple loud bangs in the middle of the night, management brushed it off casually. Mail box kept getting broken into, it even happened twice in the same week. We also had packages stolen. The garbage valet makes it very difficult to sleep at night as they drag trash cans at 11pm.

I have been staying here for the past 2.5 years so you must be really wondering why I am giving a single star here. Here are some reasons , happening off late that made me provide this rating
1) Evans creek is a nice place but from the last 1 year or so, management is charging heavily for utilities which was not the case earlier. Utilities charges have gone up by more than 100% for me from the past 1 year with no apparent increase in usage.
2) I opted for auto payment through credit card in Aug 2021. However, property started charging convenience fee from Sep 2021. There was an email which

I would like to share my experience with the leasing office here. We wanted to move into their apartment at a later date which they agreed initially but then they came back saying that the rent doesnt apply for the date we specified and that for that rent we have to take the lease 15 days earlier. It was too much for us and we had to take up at higher rent . We came to know later ( after signing the lease)-that the lesser rent was applicable upto 3 days before our move in date which we would have taken definitely. When we questioned, they were not ready to comply. It was very unfair on their part

Overall I liked Evans Creek. Its nice, calm & clean community , close by to groceries (Safeway & Costco etc) & many restaurants.
Its near to downtown Redmond & most important is the community has good public schools nearby.
I like the friendly nature of leasing & maintenance staff. The team is always available to help. Special thanks to Meghan to make the overall move in experience much smoother & easy. Thanks for everything...
