The Tour was done professionally and she was very kind! I liked the property. You have a good employee there. In this day of virtual tours and 3D this and that, I was very happy to have someone to meet and tour with! There are properties with leasing options that do not return my calls. I appreciate your customer service!

I didn't end up leasing a unit at this building so I can't speak to what it's like to actually live here but I wanted to leave a review based on the service I received. Mackenzie in the leasing office is really amazing and extremely helpful and nice. I thought I had fallen in love with a unit here and ended up putting down a deposit and a holding fee and even when I changed my mind at the last minute (because I am moving toward renting a single family home) she continued to be understanding and just all around very nice. If I was going to live in an apartment I would definitely like to live somewhere

The staff here is unparalleled. Truly hardworking and will go out of their way to above and beyond levels to make sure the residents here are taken care of on all levels. Move in has been a breeze and any issue that came up was dealt with swiftly and decisively whilst accommodating their residents wishes to the highest degree. Thank you again for everything and I'll never forget the acts of kindness this staff has shown.

Lovely well-kept and clean apartment complex right next to Marymoor Park, but the best part is the staff. Desiree and Kenzie were so friendly, kind, and helpful in the move-in process, and continue to be great. Jamie is also very friendly and helpful, and clearly cares about the community and the resident experience. Also shout-out to Craig and Carlos for being so responsive to maintenance requests and taking such good care of the complex. They also clearly care about the community and do a wonderful job!

I loved living here! All of the staff were fantastic: they were prompt, helpful, and very friendly. The two units that I lived in were both beautiful and modern, as were the common areas of the building as well. Having Marymoor Park next door, and East Lake Sammamish Trail crossing right in front of the property was really nice.

I had workers enter my apartment unexpectedly last week in the morning while I was still in my pajamas. They did this without a forty-eight hour notice by the property owners or management. This notice is required by Washington State law.
How difficult is it for the property management or owners to give this notice and follow the state law on a time period to enter an apartment with their own set of keys? For the sake of one's own piece of mind and sense of security in their apartment, I would personally recommend to look at another building based on this experience of mine.

Narrowed down to three choices in the Redmond area it was easy to choose Bell Marymoor park.
The location offers a huge park near by, easy access to 520, and close shopping to my favorite stores.
The apartment is beautiful, quiet, and has all the nice amenities I could want to enjoy.
The staff is incredible, Desiree made the application process easy to understand, and was available to answer any questions when needed.
Happy to be one of the newest residents in the community here, and first impressions tells me I could make this home for a long time.

We have been fortunate enough to live at Bell Marymoor for the past year. They have worked with us on everything from changing a light bulb, to understanding my need for a service dog without any fees. The apartments are beautiful and we have a wonderful view. The staff are is always warm and ready to answer any questions. This has been a hard year with the virus but we feel very comfortable with the constant attempts to keep our homes safe. Their amenities are such a bonus. Thank you for a great year!
