Lived at SAMM Apartments for almost 4 years and I had a great experience throughout the years. I love the view from my 1 BR apartment with large windows and the modern interiors. Neighbors are friendly and the building common amenities such as the parlor and fitness centers are great and well maintained. The location is excellent and walking distance to grocery such as Metropolitan market, Safeway and Trader joes. The building maintenance and leasing office staff are friendly and address questions and issues quickly. I am moving out only because I purchased a home in the city. Will certainly miss

Very bare necessities type of place. Could be more secure, have seen the garage open at times when it shouldn't be. Also know that there have been several break ins to the bike room despite having a camera. Can't have your windows open because of the screaming kids in the daycare every single day. The gym is tiny and ill-equiped. Most people don't like Ally, don't care much for her either, she's typical passive aggressive. Great location though and Lorenzo, is also wonderful.

We had a very mixed experience at Samm, but for us the good parts did not do enough to mitigate the the downside of the noise coming through the extremely thin walls. We terminated our lease early.
The good: a modern building, with spacious and well laid out units. Lots of storage space comes built in and the finishings are nice. The terrace at the back and the rooftop deck are lovely in the summer. We didn't get to enjoy the other amenities due to COVID. The management team are doing a good job and are reliable.

I recently moved to SAMM and I am absolutely lovings it here. I was a bit skeptical of great Google Maps reviews before moving to SAMM. But, I quickly realized that those reviews were spot on. SAMM is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The apartments are very modern and well maintained. The staff is just amazing and very friendly here. DO NOT rent another apartment before checking out this place first. You would be glad that you did. You are welcome ;)

Bobbi at the front desk is always so sweet to my kiddos and myself. She’s more than helpful when packages arrive that need a signature, and emails me to let me know! My kids absolutely adore her to the point where they think to purchase things for her while we’re out and about. My daughter fell near the office the other day and Bobbi instantly brought stickers to make her feel better. We love having her here- she’s like family to us! Also! Chris has always been so extremely helpful too! Opening doors and getting any issues we needed resolved right away. He’s so friendly! We’re so thankful

I have lived here at Samm for a little over a month and already have attended several events put on by the Samm team...yesterday was the best, a Seahawks watch party complete with pizza, snacks and drinks, and a chance to win 2 tickets to next weeks game! Although I didn't win, it was great to get together in their large "Parlor" and watch the game and meet some of my neighbors!! I moved in just as the new management company, Thrive was taking over. The staff here is so helpful and friendly, and in the first week, there was a meet and greet that brought some of the residents together, and they made plans for some events in the near future! The Parlor(community room) here is really big, with lots of games, pool table, and shuffleboard...I just can’t say enough about how happy I am with my new home!!!

First, I must say that the building and area around the building are both really lovely, well-kept, safe, new and shiny. Very nice. The maintenance staff are also excellent. Very kind, professional and responsive. The view out our window is gorgeous. The parlor (commons area) is sweet. They are pet-friendly. My complaint though is with how awfully disorganized the leasing office has been. In the span of 1 year they have already had to do a parking audit 3 times because they can't keep their ducks in a row enough to know which renter is assigned to which space! 3 times in a single year! So

We have lived at SAMM for over a year and couldn't be happier with the apartment, the building, and especially the staff. There have been some challenges with the construction of the building, but I have seen the management work with our neighbor to get the issues resolved with as little hassle as possible. Lately with all the snow, Armando and Tyler have kept our sidewalks clear and called in the pros for the parking lot.

Moving into SAMM has been a breeze. Londie Huggins, Julia Lopez, and Chloe were great to work with. They were invested in me as a tenant from the start and made me feel valued at all times. They gave me the best deal possible and even helped move some of my pre-delivered furniture and other belongings into my unit before I showed up. I am really happy with my apartment and I want to thank SAMM for employing such exceptional staff and maintenance folks. The leasing staff helped to make the contract and move-in process comfortable and efficient for me. I've lived in the building for a couple months now and they have continued to give excellent customer service even when I've been a less than excellent customer. The office personnel was amazing at Samm Apartments. They worked with our needs and got us an apartment that suited all 4 members of our household and best part is no big wait period. The maintenance men where awsome as well! They were quick and got our small issues taken care of within the same day reported, if not the next. By far the best place I've ever lived at. Also, the amenities are nice and so are all the neighbors that i have seen!

The management is super and take good care of the residents, the maintenance staff is great and always ready to help when there is a need or a problem.They keep the halls and Parlor and workout room clean. I have been leaving at SAMM since September and I couldn't be more happier. The management is very welcoming and makes every effort to feel me home here. I love the residents gathering and the building amenity areas. I relax at sunset at the rooftop and around the fireplace. Nice place to call home for everyone.

Jessica, the community manager, really set the perfect tone for these luxury apartments. She is delightful to work with as she is super welcoming, friendly, and upbeat.
She helped me to find an apartment in this community that's within my price range. The apartments aren't completed yet, but she was able to create the image of what the units will look and feel like amazingly well! I'm confident about the unit I've placed on hold.
I'm really excited about this apartment community and getting to see Jessica on a more regular basis. I can't say enough good things
