We have only been here since April but so far everything has been great. Megan in the office is great and was the one who showed us our apartment and answered all our questions. When our A/C wasn't working I called towards the end of day but maintenance was here early the next day. They worked on it throughly and resolved it rather quickly considering they had to replace the whole unit. They were also friendly and respectful. Parking is never an issue which is a huge plus for us since we have come from another community where it was a nightmare. The landscaping and community itself is very clean

We walk a lot each day, and because of Covid, our daily walks are mostly restricted to the various walkways and roads that comprise the apartment property. Because of that, we are well acquainted with the physical property as well as many of the neighbors who share a friendly “hello” in passing. Several things are noteworthy, not the least of which is that the overall property is exceptionally well maintained. The landscaping is lush, well planned, and constantly maintained. Walkways

We have lived here for 12 years. I think my review is one of the most helpful because we have stayed in this place for a very long time.We were able to raise our kids here without having safety issues. Parking is never a problem. Just make sure you safelist your visitors if they are staying overnight. The place is very accessible to every place we need to go. Ralphs, Chase Bank, Costco, Target. Freeway we have options. 5, 73, and 405. The people from the office are all helpful & accommodating . All the staff especially Melissa attended our needs promptly.Vanessa (Manager) was very professional

So far, during this time of covid 19, my experience has been a positive one. Megan was very helpful from the very beginning and was an integral part of me getting the unit that I did on short notice.
The grounds are nicely kept which is great and so far the quality of the residents is great too. I am really looking forward to finally using the fitness center in the hours I need and also the extended pool and spa hours.
The neighborhood is really cool too with a movie theater close by and all the shopping I need.

I am so happy living here! The apartments are beautiful with custom paint (no white walls!) and crown molding, tall ceilings, large bathrooms, updated appliances, and beautiful flooring! The property is well taken care of with great amenities and is very quiet. The staff is so friendly! Megan has been so helpful with the moving process and has handled any questions or concerns very quickly. If you are thinking of moving here you won't regret it

I have lived at The Aventine for several years and have never had a problem. The maintenance is excellent, the grounds are kept beautifully, and the office staff is friendly and quick to respond. Recently, I became ill and necessitated accommodations in my apartment. Management could not have been more compassionate and responsive. I am very happy living in this lovely development in such a perfect location.

I moved in 4 years ago. I love the staff, they listen to you and fix any problems you have pretty much on the same day. Everyone is super understanding and nice. Vanessa and Melissa are literally the sweetest people I met. There is a Pool that is well kept up daily. A gym next to it with brand new equipments. This place is pet friendly too. Each building has a laundry room which is awesome. Each unit has a Nest thermostat that helps you save money and its convenience. Great activities like BBQ with big Prizes(I won a $200 home depot gift card), shaved ice, Taco night,etc. I don't know of any

I am in shock over how awful the apartment management is .... everything falls apart with ease. The manager walks her dog and never picks up after it.
I’ve lived here for 2 years and she won’t even let me into the pool. She walked all the way over just to tell me to get someone else to open it.
Watch out for Vanessa her professionalism doesn’t exist.

Great location, great layout, tons of storage place, very nice Landscape, very nice and friendly staff, very clean and the maintenance turnaround is so quick. But the reason for my 4 star rating is the walls are very thin and the neighbors are noisy. That is very important to me. Since one should be able to unwind at home in peace.

I am a disabled veteran aNd have lived at this location for over a year now. I would highly suggest that possible renters look into other complexes as this one will show you a nice carefully constructed model, but in actuality the apartments are mediocre at best. The price is fairly high for absolutely no utilities covered. For example, everywhere I have ever lived, the apartments took care of trash, water and sewage costs. This place doesn't do that but their maintenance crews and offsite contractors fill dumpsters constantly with their stuff and the water and sewage should be covered since

This place is NOT quite at all. There is no specific days of the week for maintenance. There are always noises during a day and everyday. I work from home and even when I close the window, there are still so many different noises. For lawn mowing, for trash, for cleaning, for construction and for many other things there no specific days of week. you can hear that every single day. This is so frustrating

Highly recommend this apartment! The Aventine was perfect for my boyfriend and I. We lived here for about 2 years in a 1 bedroom 1 bath. Our unit had just been updated with new floors and new air conditioning when we moved in. This was the best priced apartment we could find in the area with air conditioning, in unit washer/dryer, and great parking. Honestly the parking is what sold me on this complex. I lived in The Aventine for 2 years, paying $45,600 to rent 742 square feet with no significant upgrades (old appliances etc.) I was a great tenant, paid on time every month with very few maintenance requests (maintenance staff is great!) I took good care of the place, no damage other than ordinary wear and tear and paid a housekeeper to clean for four hours to comply with the multi page move out list. And yet, instead of refunding my $699 security deposit as expected, they sent a BILL for $234 (Good luck with that!) I can't recommend this place, they are only out for themselves and do not

I've now lived at the Aventine for almost 2 years. I still maintain that the Aventine is by far the best deal for your money. Prices are fair for what you get and most of the apartments are much larger than a lot of the other apartments around the area. Parking continues to be amazing and we've never had any issues other than when they resurfaced the parking lots and we had to park on the street for a few nights.

Aventine Apartments is a great place to live. The staff are always professional and courteous. They listen to what you have to say and help in any way possible. The maintenance crew are prompt, courteous and professional. The grounds are beautiful and always maintained. Walking distance to schools. These apartments are spacious, thick walls (only slight noise from upstairs!), doesn't feel like you are living in a tiny box, you can have a BBQ on the patio, the patio rules are more relaxed than most apartments, nice amount of storage and brighter! The gardeners are not annoying, and they are very friendly, and the landscaping is gorgeous! and any maintenance issues I've had, were taken care of immediately. Everything bad you read about this place is true. I went for a tour, looking for a 2 bedroom around 530 yesterday. I figured I would give them a chance in spite of all the bad reviews. I was refused by the "ladies" in the leasing office because it was 535.(office closes at 6) I was given some BS excuse that I have never heard at half a dozen other communities that are far nicer. They said to come back earlier another day and I said that wasn't going to happen. Thanks for making my apartment hunt easier!

Most machines are broken at the gym, prices continually increase each year, cockroaches/bugs in unit, and Vanessa (Manager) is very disrespectful and inconsiderate.
If you are looking for a longterm place to live and call home, do NOT live here!!! Spend your money elsewhere.....

Once again I am awoken with ZERO NOTICE !!! Week before last there was a man cutting branches in the outside my bedroom window at 7:50 AM with a damn chainsaw!!! Today it's roofers above my head at 8:50!! Every week 2-3 times a week the gardeners have leaf blowers going in the AM. Do NOT move here if you expect any kind of respect or sleep. I have complained numerous times about not at the very least being notified when crap like his comes up. I am LIVID.

The management is nice and accommodating, The service is good until you move out. There is a roach problem in this place. They hired an exterminator to go to our place and the neighbors' 2-3 times. Didn't work. After the 3rd one that didn't work we decided to move out without breaking the contract. When giving the keys, they lied and said we received 2 mail keys when we only got one...

I lived here for two years but after I moved out, the office was very unprofessional and lied. They did not return my deposit and charged me for items that were damaged prior to my moving in. I spoke with their manager (Vannessa) who was not helpful and another lady (regional manager). I had three days before giving the key to them. I scheduled a walk through before submitting my key, the lady took the key, and rescheduled walk through. Next day when I went to see her, I was told she made a mistake and wasn't suppose to take the key from me. They refused to do a walk through, did not return

My sister and I lived here a few years ago and my husband and I are moving back in about a month when our house sells. The property is clean, the office staff is amazing (don't buy these other reviews), and the pricing is reasonable (ESPECIALLY for the neighborhood - don't forget this is still real estate). You have everything nearby including easy freeway access. What's not to love? AND we get to bring our dogs...hello??
