Price gouging. 1 bedroom for 2900. That is taking advantage of the housing crisis and people who need a home. 2900 is the price of a mortgage. I've seen nice 2 bedroom apartments with ocean views going for Just 100 more. This is wrong and I am in the process of working with local news and OC register regarding this.
Also, your phone customer service is atrocious. Your reply to my last review says it is not. I've called twice and kindly asked for info several months ago. The ladies who answered each time were rude and also couldn't provide much info.

We absolutely love living here. The unit It’s self is so spacious we have the two bedroom .(upstairs unit).Although they are called luxury apartments I would say it’s a townhouse is what we call it . There is so much room and high ceilings, very elegant and both bedrooms have walk-in closets! there are even rafters up in the bedrooms for extra storage if you want to AND And outside storage thats saved us big $$ on a storage unit! We have the granite countertops and they’re absolutely gorgeous. All stainless steel appliances, we feel so fortunate to call this place home.

Pointe Niguel is an awesome place to live. The people are so nice, it is quiet at night, and we enjoy the peace, it’s so green and fresh. The gardeners are always around, with giant trees that create a perfect living area.
We have lived here over 5 years and enjoy so so much the laundry FULL SIZE washer and dryer In the units!!! YOU can’t beat that!
My husbands a personal trainer and he loves the fully equipped GYM they have and even a little dance like studio. The location is close to many trails and perfect for people with kids/pets.

I have been living here with my wife for almost 2 years now and the maintenance team provides the best service I have ever experienced in an apartment complex. They are very responsive, patient, friendly and have fixed every issue that has come up. Israel, the head of maintenance, has personally called or stopped by to check if every had gone well with various request.

My husband and I have lived in this complex for almost 2 years and so far it's it's been great! The staff is friendly and responsive, our rent is "affordable" (compared to other complexes in the area), and it's in a great location on a hill (there are amazing views just a mile up the road). Whenever there is a maintenance problem, we get responded to immediately and usually have the problem fixed within days.

We've only been here a couple of months but so far we have been pleased with Pointe Niguel Apartments. We have a dog and this complex is very dog friendly. The front office staff helped make our move from out-of-sate as smooth as possible. We also have to send a big shout-out to Isreal and the maintenance staff here - we had a couple of minor maintenance issues and they were resolved satisfactorily within 24 hours.

Ok so been here 3 months and almost every single weekend past 10-11-12-even 1am there have been people breaking into the pool area and partying. It is absolutely selfish because there are kids that live around the pool area and I even heard a baby crying tonight because it couldn't sleep. The complex is nice the environment and staff are great but the partying past 10 at high volumes got to stop.

I only have two cars which are allowed to park here, but because they only give out one permit, I was towed. Or my car was stolen, I'm not sure because towyard was closed in Memorial Day, but were out towing the night before. $470!! At my own residence. No warning. Security company hired to prey on the same people paying thousands a month in rent.

Living in a gated community you wouldn't expect your car to be stolen by the company you pay thousands of dollars to a month for rent. I forgot to move my car after carrying in heavy items, and since they only give one parking permit for a two bedroom I was towed. At least I think I was. Tow company was closed so I really don't know where my car is. This bill cancels everything I enjoyed about this apartment complex. Now I feel violated and financially abused and incredibly inconvenienced!

My wife, mother, and I lived here for about 3 years total and really enjoyed living here. The area surrounding is great, and the property itself is very well-kept and clean. With the handful of minor maintenance issues we had, maintenance was extremely responsive and quick to fix the problems. Sal was always very courteous and friendly to us. The office girls are very professional and responsive as well. I loved living here and would recommend it.

We moved into this community over a week ago. Susanne, Amanda, Salvador and the rest staff are amazing. We love our new home, the peaceful surroundings and beautiful landscape. Such a wonderful place to live and would recommend to anyone!

We have lived in our townhome rental for about 2 weeks and it has been a great and easy transition. Susanne was very kind, friendly and helpful during our tours and with any questions we had. She made the whole process easy for us and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. There were a few things that weren't exactly as I had imagined as we weren't able to see our unit until move in day but there were no deal breakers there. The maintenance staff seems very friendly and quick to respond.

My husband and I have had an exceptional experience so far while becoming residents at Pointe Niguel. Suzanne in the front office was so helpful and kind from the very beginning of our search, application, and move-in process. She responded right away and made our move comfortable and efficient.
Israel in maintenance has been amazing as well! Any issue is addressed the day of and he has been very helpful and patient with addressing the common move in questions such as the correct and safest way to use the gas fireplace.
I also appreciate that they keep the parking and guest parking under control

The maintenance team here is great. No problems with having things fixed. The office staff respond to requests in a timely manner. Not commenting on rent. This is So Cal ... they ALL charge a ridiculous amount. It's disgusting.
The issues here are WAY too many barking and overly aggressive rescue dogs. Too few are being trained by their owners. Our daughter had to run away from a unit close to the leasing office several times due to a bulldog who thinks neighbors are FOOD. She doesn't walk that way anymore. A month ago, an Alaskan Husky tried to jump through our front window
