Christina , the manager , has been very helpful and understanding. The staff is both kind and offers a listening ear . The apartments are brand new with new appliances and large closets and not far from target, the mission Viejo mall, and the Laguna beach. My favorite asset was the gym by far and the view of the mountains from the sky deck.

I had an appointment with Kayla to view an apartment and before coming I told them I did not have a photo id and a picture of one which they said was okay . Driving 2 hours to come to the appointment excited to see the apartment Kayla then said she could not tour us . The inconvenience and rudeness I experienced was far beyond anything I expected. They should re train there employees to not waste people’s time and have proper protocols in order before someone shows up.

Bobby is the best. She patiently showed and explained to me every single apartment that I asked. She was also helpful in filling out the application. I felt so comfortable with her, as if knew her since ever. She has the right work ethics for customers service.

I highly recommend living at Blu. The team of Kayla, Bobbi and Christina do an amazing job! The apartments are brand new. The location is excellent--within a 3 minute drive to both the 73 and the 5 but you can't hear the. Also, a mere 12 minute drive to the beach! The amenities are included. They include a dog spa, great gym, beautiful pool, sky deck, business center, and parks. They also offer offer complimentary rentals for residents of surfboards, paddle boards & kayak. Live here, you won't regret it!

Superb management lead by Krista and her amazing associates Bobbie & Kayla. Huge shout out to Krista who went above and beyond after work hours to make sure our cable and wifi were installed on our move in date in which they were originally 2 weeks out after our move in day. One of the biggest reasons we moved in was because this is the most well managed apartment complex in Southern California. The maintenance man Perry is fast, efficient and quick to solve any issues that need resolve. You all are greatly appreciated and well deserving of a five star review. Thank you!

Absolutely love it so far!
Pros:
- The process was super smooth to get in
- Amenities are great (open by reservation only currently)
- Neighbors seem very nice (not very many at the moment though)
- Parking is super easy, clean, and well protected
- Moving in was super easy
- Apartment Unit is near-flawless; couple of small things were noted, but quickly fixed!
Cons:
- Only some small things specific to our unit's floor plan (Would like an extra linen closet and more shelving next to washer and dryer for detergent)

Well, I'm officially a Blu resident now and I can't be more excited. Special thanks to Kayla and Krista, but an even bigger, bigger thanks to Bobbi for helping make my move-in process and experience as simple and easy as possible -- especially considering the limitations and restrictions enforced right now. I toured Blu a few months back, so I already fell in love with the community and amenities. I'm excited to call Blu my new home!

Has a lovely view of the hwy 5 and train tracks. It’s perched at the bottom of the hill. Those living in Nellie Gail Ranch have a nice view of the apartment rooftop. The complex is less than 25% occupancy and is offering 3 months rent and an additional $500 if you move in July. We looked at it and had unpleasant experience with staff. I am thinking it was good thing we didn’t get 18 mo lease.
