Arianna helped us lock in an apartment in Philadelphia for an upcoming move while still being based overseas. She was a pleasure to work with, and we'd be happy to partner with her / the Bozzuto team on future living arrangements.

Lived in this building for about 5 years, older building but rent is affordable. I moved into a different unit about 1.5 years ago and I let them know immediately that is has had an ongoing leak. Management has known about it for months. In fact 2 different property managers knew about it.
So I left over the holidays and this happened. The building knew and did not inform me when it happened but entered the apartment anyways. Now when I ask for a plan to address where I can stay or for my rent back, I'm being told there are no options. Disappointing to say the least for a "luxury" building company

Bedford, MA apartment complex was poorly managed. Building quality was very bad. You could feel the floor moving / vibrating under you with each of your footsteps. The walls and floors were paper thin. You could hear everything going on in your neighbor's place above, below and on either side. Included TV, music, conversations, bedroom activities. They raised my rent every year I lived there. One day I came home after work and they had put my boxes from Amazon inside my apartment without my permission. I have a friend who resides at one of their luxury apartments and they have not had heat for quite some time. As the temperatures dip low into the 30s in the evenings and overnight this is unacceptable. To whomever is in management should be ashamed of themselves.

I've been a tenant for 3 years now...never missed a payment, never been late. As a single women I chose a luxury apartment because of the convenience that comes with it. I'm not really sure what kind of luxury apartments I live in when I don't even have the luxury of having heat. You call the designated maintenance line and they tell you they're… coming the next day...when there is maintenance that lives on the premises. I'm so over these apartments I want out. For what they're charging I might as well just get a mortgage anyway. I don't Recommend

This the worst place to live. I just want my parents out. Called Anthony Thomas and never picks up. My mother is disable and needs wheel chair access but Anthony Thomas is a disgusting person who does… nothing. We had to leave my mother in the front of the building and park outside. There’s no reason I come to take my mother to the Dr and can’t find handicap parking. These thugs park with Anthony’s permission in a handicap spaces. I don’t care I will call the town and the state on Monday. No cars had handicap plates.

This town is rudely loud all hours of the day and night. its so rude and annoying and nobody does anything about it. also the people here arent friendly. the people here dont want a relationship with me cause which makes me more depressed then i already am. every time i step out my apartment i'm forced to see millions of people with his or her girlfriend or boyfriend which is annoying. i wont be staying here much longer. dont move to patchogue.

I had a bad expensive experience living in FT Lee, NJ and Anthony Thomas, a racist. This individual is a character who only sides with his people and belittles the rest. This FT Lee location is not recommended. #stopasianhate

Renter be ware! I moved out over 2 months ago and have yet to receive my security deposit. I spoke with someone at the corporate office via email 2 weeks ago and they said the check would arrive at my new address via FedEx. It never did. When I tried to reach again to inquire about the status of my check, corporate simply stopped responding to my emails. We’ll see if they answer the phone. If not, I guess I need to get a lawyer about getting my damn money. Property was decent, just be ready to fight ‘em to get your deposit back.

I had major issues at ParkLine Miami. I had apartment modifications to your AC/Heating unit and vents that release toxic chemicals such as cyanide vapors.

Within a few months is them moving in to take over another management company people began leaving in huge numbers. They're lazy. Rude and downright uncaring about a lot of things that should be taken care of. They have their moments where they really do try... But those moments are forgettable within a week or so. Bozzuto is large corporate building management company that will try to dazzle you to get you in the door, but not follow through once a resident. They talk the talk on customer service, values, etc. but don't deliver when you really need help. I lived at Instrata Pentagon City for nearly three years in a nice one bedroom apartment, always paying rent on time. I love living in one of Bozzuto properties in Washington, DC! It is a nice property and really well maintained. Staff there is amazing, extremely pleasant and helpful.
I especially love our weekdays concierge person Tisa. She does not only work extra hard to help answer our requests, but she also delivers our packages to the front door, which given that we are all ordering everything online these days, is extremely helpful. My experience living at Spoke (Chicago) has definitely had its ups and downs over my 1+ year and unfortunately, I would NOT recommend anyone living at Spoke or another Bozzuto property. Due to the building restrictions from COVID and being lied to by the leasing agent we tossed around the idea of terminating our lease early (we are in a 2-year lease and have completed over 1-year). The final straw was the escalation of criminal activity surrounding the building and I not feel safe living here. We have loved living at Alston for the past several months. The apartments are well equipped and spacious. We also enjoy the amenities which was a main reason for moving here including the gym, grilling areas and outdoor pool. Our leading agent Cindy goes above and beyond - she helped us get situated, is always available and just coordinated flowers for the birth of our daughter. We would absolutely recommend Alston to those looking.

Inhumane. Do not care about residents at all - or on a facade as of they do and then once you're in, they're incredibly rude and racist. They discriminate against asians and people with disabilities.

We moved into the Alston in Ronkonkoma, NY. I have never moved into a complex that made such a great effort to make us feel like family rather than just tenants. The staff is all friendly and the buildings and grounds are kept in immaculate condition. I have resided in Hunter's Glen, a property managed by Bozzuto, since May of 2015. I was injured in an accident less than 4 months after I moved in, which was the beginning of my issues because I developed a concussion and began to get serious migraines.

When the neighbor over my bedroom dislodged the wire in my light socket because he was playing basketball, the maintenance person did not think it was urgent that I hear crackling sounds in the wall.
