Its a shame I have to update this review... what once was a 5 star property has devolved into a 1 star ghetto primarily attributed to the new management company "Lincoln Property Management". Where shall I begin:
- New office staff, in particular the older woman who sits in the left is unknowledgable about the property and leasing, but it appears as though she cannot discharge customer service efficiently. She is rude and often closes the office earlier than posted times... e.g., I came to the office at 4:50pm to a locked door, after watching me knock for five minutes she comes to tell

I wish I can give this ridiculous place a negative star rating!!!! This new management and company is horrible! I definitely miss the last management. Management doesn't care about your living situation. Maintenance tickets pile up for monthssssssss. Even before COVID so you can't even blame the pandemic. I transfer to a larger unit and it's been the worse experience.

Extremely unresponsive with maintenance, even with what would be considered emergencies anywhere else and according to the lease. I currently have a non working major appliance (it's clearly old, was here before I moved in) and I have even calling, sending emails, putting in maintenance tickets, no response and management is ignoring requests to have it replaced. Not even the courtesy of responding to my concerns. I am paying 2k in rent every month in time for this kind of non-service.

This has the be the worst apartment complex when it comes to actually living! I'm currently active duty military and living conditions have to be pretty bad for me to complain. My car has been towed twice and the first time they gave me a map with the wrong dates of where work was going to be done, and they expected me to pick my car up after they told me they knew the map they gave me was wrong! That was a damn 60$ Uber ride because they don't know how to work a printer. As well when I picked the car up the towing company figured out how to give my car a flat which I know my tires were
