Noise can be annoying, especially if you’re not on top floor, and common to hear doors slamming 24/7. Not very well insulated
It’s pretty clean. I was given a unit and told it had never been rented. The floor is all vinyl, save for the carpet in your bedroom, and mine has paint chips all over and some sizeable scratches on the floor and the paint on baseboards are peeling
Your unit has a washer and dryer stack, which is nice as they’re full-size. The bathroom has a walk-in glass shower, and a lot of storage. Unfortunately, the only storage in a 1 bedroom unit is a small closet where the

I've lived here since the opening of The Triple Crown & the staff never ceases to amaze me with their excellence to every detail. When it comes to safety (both security & health wise), they've provided an environment second to none. The amenities are fantastic. My favorites are the coffee bar, pool, & spa.

Jesse gave an outstanding tour and didn't try to push me into anything. The building is beautiful and the indoor swimming pool is one of the biggest I have seen. If you have the extra money and want to live on the second or third floor. You can drive right up to the level you live on. If I didn't work as far as I do now and didn't have some other goals. I would of sign the lease that week!

Beautiful property, great amenities and amazing staff!
I inquired about the property on a weeknight and I heard back the very next morning. That was a big deal for me because I’ve been inquiring at other properties and no one has called me back. I went in for a tour and Jessie went above and beyond (I had to go through a secured gate first, which was a huge plus)! Emily greeted me right away and offered me water. Jessie asked me what I was looking for and showed me all units that she thought I would like. During the tour, everyone we ran into was so friendly - including the construction workers

Unlike Tara H and her poorly negative review of a place she was just “driving past” I think this place has a unique and interesting design. Yes it’s big and yes it’s new construction but these are the times we are living in. Let’s not forget one of the greatest things about living in this country; if you don’t like the sight of a place there are many other roads to travel on with different views. I happen to live near by and have zero connection to this place other that catching a few photos of it with my kids drone. It was fascinating to see the project materialize from start to now
