Collins Management, Inc., is a property management company that owns and operates two apartment communities in Decatur, AL - Albany Landing and Hermitage Apartments. Known for attentive management and apartments that are a step above the competition, we are a great resource when you need a nice place to live in the Decatur area.
When you rent from Albany Landing Apartments, you know your Decatur apartment is going to be well-maintained and that you will have the support you need as a renter. We offer one and two bedroom apartments, so there is a good chance we have an apartment rental that fits your lifestyle and your budget.
Many of us have had credit problems. We find that quite often a person's credit has been hurt by medical bills. We look at the makeup of your credit report and do our best to get you approved. We also accept co-signers or guarantors. That said, an unpaid balance with a previous landlord or an eviction will disqualify you from approval.

Finding apartments that are good in every area it counts is REALLY hard and this place really has it all.
It's very close to anything you might need on a daily basis, thus the location is ideal. But more than that, the staff are extremely personable, caring, timely and everything else you would want. They take care to have events that welcome everybody and help you celebrate holidays.
Maintenance takes care of things within a day and if they can't fix it with what they brought, they go back and get whatever they need to take care of the issue.

I have lived at Albany Landing for over 5 years. I totally love it! I had chosen this place to retire. The management are helpful and friendly. The residents are great. I love to bass fish and Albany Landing gives me a wonderful, beautiful and safe place to live and play. Maintenance requests are handled promptly. It's living in the country while being in the city. :)

Albany Landing Apartments are very professionally run, with the management and staff always being courteous, kind, and helpful. I would very much recommend this property. Also living here really IS like being in the country with the view of the lake and ducks just outside my apartment. Such a serene and peaceful place to call home.

I love living here!! The property is well maintained, and any maintenance requests are teen to within 24 hrs. The view of my porch, makes me forget I live in the city. I love the pond!! I can catch bass 5 feet from my door!! The complex is quiet, and safe. I left my keys in the door of my truck once, and a neighbor knocked on my door and gave them to me... I grew up in a very rural area, the kind of place that you don't have to wonder whether you locked the doors as you lay down to sleep, and I feel right at home here!!!
