Having lived in several apartments during my lifetime, I must say I have never felt as welcome as I have here.You can tell that the manager(Amber) cares about the apartments and her job.
It was also very nice to receive correspondence from the owner of the apartments.
I have only been here a short time but I feel I made the right decision to move to Hermitage.

Amber is amazing to work with and has been very helpful through the entire stay at the apartment. Highly recommend Hermitage Apartments as your next apartment home.

We have been living here for 6 months and it has been the best experience we have ever had renting. The staff is nice and very helpful. We have the pleasure of living in an end unit next to the open field and we have had great times playing games with our kids and neighbors on sunny afternoons. My husband and I took our 3 kids to the pool this past weekend and we all had the best time. The pool is beautiful it’s maintained well and there is plenty space to rest and relax.

This place is by far the absolute best all the way around! Between the cleanliness of the property and the most friendly staff, you will not find any better place to reside. Anything that needs to be replaced or fixed, I can count on these people to get it done the day I let them know about it. Amber is the most incredible person to deal with for a property manager. She goes above and beyond for her residence here and makes sure that the pool is kept nice and clean every year. The residence here are all incredible as well, we are all like family and help each other out as needed. Thank you so much

My experience with Hermitage has been outstanding, from the welcome home gift that was sitting on the counter when I moved in, to the courteous and friendly property manager. The complex is quiet, the neighbors are friendly, the property is well cared for and very clean. If I have a question or concern, I get an immediate response. You can tell that the management values the residents and works very hard to make Hermitage Apartments cozy and wonderful homes for families and singles and everyone in between.

We relocated from Florence, AL and they have been wonderful. They utilize the appfolio portal making everything very convenient from signing leases, paying rent, and requesting maintenance. Amber keeps us well informed on things going on on the property. The owner even communicated with us through mail welcoming us to our apartment. It’s extremely convenient being close to a lot of shopping. If you’re looking for a place to live: do recommend.
Don’t forget the pool right in the center of the complex! Extremely clean well maintained! Great community!

My sons and I have enjoyed our few short months here at Hermitage. Four teenagers have plenty of room, and the complex is convenient for school and shopping. The neighbors are friendly, and management makes our stay pleasant. The best part so far is the pool. We’ve been in it almost every day since it opened, even though it’s still chilly.The 2nd best part is the laundry room! It’s reasonable enough so that we don’t need to invest in our own washer and dryer...so we utilize the space for all the food needed to keep four teens from starving!

What can I say? One of the best experiences renting an apartment I have ever had. I relocated to Alabama for work and had no place to rent (all the apartment complexes had no openings until later). I called Amber at Hermitage. She didn't have anything available at the time. A few days went by and she called me back with an availability. I took it and have been happy ever since.
Amber has been great to work with. She keeps open communication with her tenants and handles any matters big or small with the greatest of speed. She even goes that extra mile and does things like send out little reminders

It's peaceful and everyone is friendly here. They keep on making improvements to make it even nicer. Management and maintenance are on top of whatever your needs are. No sign of bed bugs at all! We're very happy here.
