OK I can’t even describe how thankful I am for Alpine veterinarian. My cat needed surgery and I took him to four different vets.
He charge me more than half less than what the other vets were trying to charge me. And he also did an amazing job. All vets told me it would take up to eight months for my cat to stop limping. After only one month my cat doesn’t limp anymore. And his scar healed completely with no problems. thank you so much Alpine veterinary hospital I am forever grateful and thankful I actually found a trust worthy that with me great value.

The staff can be condescending which makes me anxious every time I go to this vet.
My dog needed a test, when we first came in, they gave him the wrong test and also informed me that they forgot to do a different test (that we had already paid for) the last time we were here. Thankfully, they didn’t charge me for the wrong test.
The next time I come in, I follow orders to not feed my dog or give him medication prior to bringing him in, and when I pick up my dog, the same vet employee that told me those same orders told me in a condescending and blaming way that I should’ve fed my dog and

Great vet! Extremely welcoming environment and the friendliest staff. Thankfully I haven’t had to go in for anything serious but my puppy Nugget hurt his paw and had to come in for a cast. Anthony the receptionist was super nice and responsive and Shaena was so kind and loving to Nugget and comforted him as he was scared. They wrapped his leg up in the cutest cast and he is all better ☺️

Have to say that the care I got w/ my doggy before Covid was excellent, but the wait time was pretty bad a couple times (5 hours for a few sutures) and I was very disappointed that I couldn’t get dental cleaning when my pet was anesthetized.
During my last appointment, they neglected doing Chloe’s heart worm test w/ the labs, and the Vet tech discouraged my talking to the Vet.
I know I gave her an ear full, but that was important. I paid $200 for labs about which I haven’t received any info after 3 days, altho I called twice and was told the Vet would call or they’d email me the results

The actual veterinary medical services aren't terrible. However, the management of this place is aggressively awful. The staff seem like they can't do anything at all, which is infuriating. Wait times are bad, the staff are useless, can't answer questions about what's going on with your animal, etc.
They also do things like tell you the test results they sent to the lab are back, but you have to wait until a vet can call you with them. 6 hours? 8 hours? Two days? Who knows. Maybe you have giardia already. Alpine isn't going to tell you.
Maybe they'll get new management again and stop this nonsense

I called Alpine to schedule an appointment for my cat who would be a new patient with this clinic. The gal I spoke with was VERY professional and you could tell they were very busy but she was tentative, listened to why I was calling and scheduled my cat for the NEXT DAY! I was impressed! Typically when I call vet office's my pet cannot be seen until the following week. First impression is everything and Alpine gave me such a great feeling and I know my pet will be in great hands!

I can't say enough good things about this place. The staff and doctors are amazing. I brought all 3 of my pups here. I lost my sweet Charlie earlier this year. the process was painful and hard but they made every step a little easier. They were so kind and patient with us. The process was very well done and painless for him. The prices are the fairest I've found. I never feel like I am wasting money or overpaying here. To me you can't go wrong bringing your fur babies here. Thank you all for everything. My family and I love and appreciate you all. God bless!
