1. Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill. 2. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card. 3. When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well.

We highly recommend Dr. Chhina and Selina at Concord Veterinary Clinic. We were apprehensive at first to use a new veterinarian for our fur baby, especially since she is a senior dog, but they far exceeded our expectations! We had been to 3 different Vets before we found CVC, and we knew Princess was in good hands with our first visit there!

So far so good. We took our cat Kenny to see the vet here. He was seen right away. They gave us a tentative diagnosis. Gave Kenny a shot for infection? and one for any pain. And gave us antibiotics and stuff for pain to give him at home. And some special cat litter to test his urine. We'll see how it goes.

Had a really nice first experience here. The front desk technician was kind and helpful, and the vet was clear, compassionate, knowledgeable, and informative. Got things thoroughly taken care of, would definitely recommend them, and I'll be back for dental cleaning and shots next year!

This place is too expensive. What they told me that I needed was not due and didn't need to be done. Well that was another 1000.00 dollars I was sparred from. It cost me for 2 exams,allergy shots ,blood test one each. The total was over, 986.00 .
I guess they see a such gullible idiots like myself. I realize that I approved the charges that's my fault. Thank you for letting me vent.

My cat had an abscess and could have died. They fit him in a busy and did the surgery asap. They were so compassionate, and explained everything in depth. They gave me choices for cost/expenses which was a big help since I wasn't expecting this. Nico and I love them! (well, maybe Nico not as much)

The vet was incredibly kind, compassionate, helpful, and gentle with my dog Luna. I needed a new vet and an emergency visit as my dog was in pain. The place was clean and radiated good energy. The front desk workers were very helpful as well. The vet walked me through everything and broke things down at a level I could understand. Thank you to the staff at Concord Vet. My dog was left in good hands and she received the treatment she needed.
