I just can not comprehend why Robbin who works in the leasing office is always so rude. From the interaction we have had I would never rent a apartment from her. The customer service she provided was just terrible along with her attitude. I would definitely recommend finding someone who actually cares about her job instead of someone who is just there for a paycheck and someone who actually puts forth effort.

This is a wonderful place! Robin was so friendly and helpful. I loved working with her on getting my new home.
The grounds are well kept and clean. It's a quiet, hidden gem in a great location.
The apartment themselves are very spacious and have great amenities like cathedral ceilings and huge balconies. Definitely recommend.

Been looking for apartments for a few months for relatives moving to area and found The Chase. Loved the location, layout and especially the office staff which took the time to show us around and make us want to lease immediately. Think they will love it, great price and floorplans. Will definitely be back when they get in town.
