Parkridge Apt. Located in Graham, NC, is the worst apartment complex I ever lived at, the worst I ever seen. I stayed in a lot of apartments, some for cheaper and different places but nothing tops this. Staff at Parkrigde Apt. Is rude and unprofessional, very poor service and nobody is ever at work on time but the maintenance man. Alco management team is even worst!!! Just stay away, it deserves 0 stars.

The most noisy place to live in the world. If something is broke you better hold your breath cause they come when they feel like it. They jack the rent up evey year. And its not worth it. The apartments are old, they need remodeling on the inside. There is lots of mold and mildew throughout the units that they cover up.

These apartments are the worst I have ever lived in...we were trying to stay until our lease was up but it's not gonna happen. I only moved here because it was fairly cheap (it's only my husband and I but we live in a 3 bedroom because we like space) and it's closer to my job. I am embarrassed to have company over here because it really feels like the projects! There are roaches and they come out of everywhere when someone moves in or out near you. The police are over here A LOT!!! I was fine dealing with all the mess until the maintenance guy pulled up my satellite dish after 8 months of it being

Where do I start? First things first...I have lived here less than one year and it is strictly because of my work commute. The previous management staff was very accommodating and I picked up my keys the same day I looked at the apartment. I didn't like the look of the apartment but I was desperate to get a place closer to work. At some point the staff changed, and it was unbeknownst to me. This is probably because I never complain and I'm in my own world. Well, the police are over here more than I would like and the yelling and fighting I hear almost daily is exhausting. I work night

BEWARE apartment hunters. It's a SLUM. Don't walk. RUN from this place!!!
They won't tell you that it's infested with BEDBUGS, DUMPSTER DIVERS, UNDESIRABLES and other HORRORS.
I REGRET moving in. Moved out a few months ago and I'm still battling it out with them.
Their OWN EMPLOYEES WOULDN'T live there.
Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Two people running the office. One person says one thing. The other says the other. Then they get rid of the good one that was honest and keep the other. She agrees to work something out with you. When you take her up on it, she turns on you and denies she said it. Then you get an outrageous bills for repairs and stuff.
If you're not one of their "peeps" that they like, they dont care about your issue. Again, they will tell you anything to appease you. These apartments have been around for a long time. So long that you cannot even nail up a curtain rod because it falls out of the

Parkridge is the worst excuse for an apartment complex. My air conditioning was broken and they wouldn't lift a finger to fix it. moved into town and my power bill dropped $110!!!

I only stayed at the complex until my one year lease was up. It was a horrible experience if I had to say. Throughout the year the complex in the middle always had people outside of it yelling and screaming between one another, and when the sun went down you could almost always expect they only got louder. I had seen the police go in and out several times. About one month into my stay I woke up to the maintenance man banging on my door, and before I even got to the door he had already put his key into and welcomed himself in just to tell me the office needed me to call. After all of this while

The ladies in the office will tell you anything to get you in there. Once they have you in, it's a different story. They were advertising free wi-fi (not anymore). After we moved in, we were told if you sit outside near the office or in the laundry room, you can access it. They agreed for me to break my lease (I was there 1 month). Now they are sending me a bill for $1107.00. They are even threatening to put it on my credit. I work hard to keep a good credit history, and if they don't live up to their end of the bargain, there will be further steps taken. I only broke the lease because of THEIR

I couldn't find any reviews on this apartment on-line... so I'll start one.

I recently moved to this area for a job. When I moved, I knew nothing about North Carolina. I was given a job and had less than a week to move out. it was stressful!

Fortunately, Brittany (one of the landladies) was extremely helpful getting me settled in. She understood my needs and went out of her way to help me. I have never encountered such generosity from a landlord/lady before in my life until I met Brittany. I moved in on a weekend... the apartment office was closed, but she came in to help. Brittany
