Willow Creek Apartments

This is what greeted me when I visited my sister today. And for what she pays in rent I really don't understand why this is an issue. Especially when there is an additional charge for garbage handling! Somebody please explain! Better yet - Will whoever is in charge please clean this up!!!

Very affordable. The staff at the community has always been friendly and efficient. The only thing I would like to see improvement on would be things like updated appliances, lighting fixtures and cabinets.

I have been living over here going on 3 years and i like it cause it's quiet and not a hole lot of hangout.the neighbor are the management and maintenance are good. The only thing I could suggest is for them to do some upgrades on them

I have been living here for two years and I do enjoy living here but there are a few things that could be better and that is Management returning calls or e-mails. I put in a request for my shower and toilet to be look at 1/1/2020 and today is 1/17/2020 and it says in process .And I also feel when we have winter weather I feel the steps need to be cleared of snow and or ice by staff. But other than that its very quite even with children living here. I haven't had any problems with bugs of any kind and for the most part neighbors are friendly.

It's a quiet and family oriented neighborhood, close to the Park, and the YMCA. An easy commute to I-40.

Was quoted a price for a 2-bdrm upgraded unit avail in Oct. Went on a Friday afternoon. Couldn't view because the unit was occupied so had to visualize based on the office layout. Before I could even get back home from the property or submit an application, got a notice from the website that the price had gone up $20 a month. Very pooir management practice. Won't be going there!!!!

It's ok.Quiet n close to park. Management needs improvement. Rent goes up every year but we dont get any changes for that raise n the pool is always closed when it should've been open. Been here since 2018.

The neighborhood is quiet and people don't mingle to much which is good. Every now and again u get people hanging out late night. But the thing I'm trying to figure out is why do we have assigned parking when people pretty much park where they want to. My spot always filled up but I'm not the one with company. It's alil irritating. Im trying to move from here ASAP!! WAY TO MUCH GOIN ON. TRYING TO SUBLEASE SO I CAN GET OUT THIS LEASE.

I moved in last year and I love it. Everyone stays to themselves you don't hear much from neighbors and anything that needs to be fixed they are usually on it!
