Keystone At Mebane Oaks

I've been here for 11 months is beautiful pool weight room car washing Center dog park everything.But there is a problem,with few apartments with Termites and black mold.

I went to renew my leasing and Hillary Leath (Manager) was upset, tired, or in a hurry to go home, I don't know. But I`ve never been treated like that in my whole life. I made some questions regarding leasing (if I choose 13 months and leave 2 months before the due date, how much I`d pay as a fee), the answers were: I don`t know, I have no idea, and sorry sir. She was rude and unpolite, maybe it's because I am not American. I don't know how she gets new residents for the Keystone. I miss Ava a lot. (Ashley does a good job).

I'm very upset! My husband and I are great residents, we pay our rent on time, we respect the community. Today we went to clarify some doubts about the renewal of the contract and the manager treated us rudely and, together with her friend from work, she was bothered about having to put on masks to attend to us. She complained in a low tone, too lazy to put on the mask. I don't know if she treated us like that because we're Latino? Very sad, Mrs. Ava and Ashley treated us in a more human way.

Keystone at mebane oaks is the worst place in the world to live.they treat their residents like they are in prison...they don't make you feel welcome they make you feel uncomfortable...their management staff will accuse you of things that is not coming from your unit.with no proof,and they show favoritism to there white residents,and blame their black residents,or mixed family residents for stuff they are not doing.i would never recommend this as a place to live..they treat their residents unfair,and unjustly...and they won't fix nothing.if I would have known this is how they treated their residents

Such a nice beautiful resort style apartment management is amazing and very professional highly recommend this place!!!

Well. For apartments these are well maintained on the grounds. The amenities were nice when we could use them. Even when Covid restrictions were lifted, they chose to keep things closed. So an entire summer with no pool while pools were open in the apartments down the road and next city over and such. They are lovely inside, but the paint is sublime and non washable even in bathrooms and kitchen. The carpet is not stain resistant, the padding is minimal so it allows for all the people walking above you to sound like giants marching. The sound side to side hasn’t been an issue just from floor

Our family has lived at Keystone at Mebane Oaks for a total of three years. We love it so much that when we moved back from out of state, we came back here. The staff is incredible and we cannot say enough positive things about them. They are friendly, professional, and work very hard to assure their tenants are satisfied. This complex is more like a community that values and respects all kinds of people. It is very quiet, easily accessible from the major highway/roads, and extremely clean. Lived their for seven months and my AC completely stopped working, after they fixed it apparently there was excessive moisture in my apartment. This caused mold all over my personal property and they didn’t care and were not willing to do anything to guarantee it was a safe and healthy living environment. They let me out of my lease the same day. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!!

We have been here almost a year and very much enjoy it. No real complaints from us! Pool is great and my children love to play in it. The location is extremely convenient to everything we need and we have had great experiences with the staff. Love the clubhouse and the extra shades space by the pool!

We love these apartments! We got to move in when they first opened, and it’s very spacious, it has a playground for kids and also a pool table as well as a gym. Their pool is fresh water and it isn’t too deep. I recommend moving here! The staff is friendly and very helpful.
