I enjoy living here, I will say the price is pretty high for the stipulations they have on how you can park your car and decorate your patio. For the amount we pay, we should we allowed to the access to make our apartment feel “homie” I understand there are fire codes but some rules are Ethan’s that just hinder the residence from being allowed to decorate how we want to.

I loved living at Ethan Pointe. The staff is wonderful and Karen is the best. I enjoyed the cleanliness, the amenities and having my furbabies with me. I only left Ethan Pointe because of purchasing a home. I would definitely be still living there today. Great Place, friendly, clean and any problems I had they fixed that day.

We are relatively new to Ethan Pointe, but have found it to be a wonderful place to live. The folks in the office are spectacular and the maintenance staff is excellent. The complex is large, with plenty of room to walk our dogs. We love the refreshed dog park too! The storage facility is very well kept and safe. We are so grateful to call Ethan Pointe home and appreciate the peace, quiet, and safety it brings.

Since before moving in July 2020, my experience with the staff has been great. It was a seamless process getting my apartment. The staff members are very attentive to my every need and always either have answers or they get it for you. Facilities are great and the ground keepers keep Ethan Point in pristine condition. I would highly recommend Ethan Pointe to anyone looking for a great home. Thank you staff members... Well done.
