Spring Forest At Deerfield

So I've been staying out here for about 2 years now. I have had numerous issues regarding my apartment that is not renovated. I expected there will be some issues. The day I moved in I had to delay moving big furniture in due to them not having my apt. ready and having to replace the carpet. I have had my hot water heater bust soaking my carpet. My a/c unit go out in the winter and the summer. I have had them incorrectly charge me for services and I can keep going. My issue is they want you be flexible and understanding but they don't take accountability. Every issue I have had with this apt. has

So I applied for these apartments a few weeks ago and was denied for a judgement filed on me that I didn't even know was on by background from 2019. It was a dispute between my current management for $140 that I took back from them out of my rent for my car being towed off the property. Nothing major as if I was evicted or someone that just doesn't pay rent or a bad tenant. I felt wronged by my management and unfortunately they placed this judgement against me as we all know NC only works for owners and not renters! Love the location. The staff is awesome and the maintenance team is responsive to fixing any problems I’ve had in my domicile.

Our air conditioning was not working properly. The maintenance staff came out within 5 minutes and fixed the problem!

This places is just disgusting lately. Specially the garbage disposal area!!! It has been overfilled longer than 2 wks now

I've never lived here but was searching and the apartments look really nice. I'm noticing after reading through the comments, that nearly every single person likes the complex but not how they're treated by management/management handling of policies and monetary transactions. I see management commenting strenuously on negative comments attempting to straighten out their appearance to would-be renters like myself. I'd like to make a recommendation to management. DO BETTER. My wife and I stopped by to view the property. The person working the office, short black lady with a bulb haircut, looked at me walking up and locked the door. I tried to call and get information. Then I knocked on the door but the lady just gave me hand signals and walked into the back.
That didn’t seem very professional to me. If that’s how you treat potential customers, I don’t want to know what it’s like to ACTUALLY BE a customer.
That was disappointing!

My family and I moved here a month ago. It is a nice place to live but I am not use to the noise from the tenants above us. They are making noise all day. They either are stumping or sounding like they are wrestling with wolves. I notified the management and she stated that she sent out a letter but it has not did any good. I am going to finish my 1 yr lease and find something else. Also, they keep getting my rent money wrong. They say I owe rent when I have already paid it. Manager saying I overpaid and I did not owe money and now I owe 2 months of rent now. These people need to get themselves

I want to give a shout out to our apartment manager, Julius. He is and will be by far the best apartment manager we ever had. He is very understanding and did everything he could to work with us. We move around a lot for my husbands work so we have gotten into a lot of leases. And Julius did a fantastic job! I have to say Thank You so much Julius! We appreciate everything you did for us. There will be no other manager like you! We hate to say goodbye.
The apartment grounds are well maintained and the maintenance man did a job well done when there was an issue. There was a fire in the clubhouse

My family has had some pretty horrible experiences with apartment complexes but Spring Forest has given us nothing but A+ customer service. We have been here for almost a year and we are renewing for another year! Crystal and Jessica are so kind and so understanding. The property is beautiful and my son LOVES the new playground!!
