This apartment complex is wonderful. The leasing staff and community outreach team really work hard to get to know all of the residents and ensure they are comfortable living at Alexander Pointe. My husband and I love how clean the property is kept and how friendly everyone is! The only reason we would move out is if we had to relocate due to work. I like that the entire complex is only 5 buildings because it makes it more cozy and helps you get to know your neighbors better. The apartments are spacious and have nice finishes (granite counter tops and beautiful cabinetry). We would highly recommend

Honestly the place has been amazing! Neighbors are quiet and only noisy when it’s daylight which is awesome! Management has been amazing, maintenance shows up when they say they are and they do a fine job! Logan has been amazing and working with me during this COVID disaster and how my job has reduced hours, Logan has worked with me and kept me at ease! I’m worried to death with waiting on being paid and getting back to normal (best we can)
If I had a complaint, just the parking as they need more spaces. But honestly, I have no issues! They have been amazing and I would happily resign up!

I have lived here for over a year. This was my 1st time in an apartment after owning my own home for my whole adult life. I loved my 2 bedroom and recently transfered to a 3 bedroom. Plenty of room in both! We have loved getting to know our neighbors, taking our dog to the dog park, swimming with our kids, and being a part of the AXP community. The office staff takes care of any issues promptly. Work orders are usually handled the same or the next day. Resident events are a good way to have fun and meet our fellow residents. My favorite was the recent recent HAPPY HOUR IN A BAG delivery! I look

Living at this community was wonderful... for the first month or so (I lived here for a year). We had neighborhood teens that knocked on the door past midnight & pulled the fire alarms on multiple occasions, we addressed this with Logan who was unable to do anything due to them being minors-which I understand. But after so many times on private property this shouldn’t have escalated! Check with the local Mebane PD on this community to find out yourself how many times they have paid a visit here. Another thing is you can’t use the amenities you may find appealing in your home: we were attracted

My husband and I moved in about two months ago and we love our place. We got a great apartment near the clubhouse. The quietness of the complex is very nice and although we haven't used it yet we love the fact that there is a fitness center. We chose this place because it was the middle point between our jobs in Greensboro and Raleigh, making it an easier commute. The manager is kind, responsive. As homeowners all our lives, we had never lived in an apartment before, so we didn't know what to expect. This has been a really great place to live!
