I told him what I was looking for and VOILA 2 places viewed, application in on closest to work and BOOM moved in less than two weeks start to finish.

Mike is a lifesaver! My boyfriend and roommate and I were looking for an apartment for months, and getting very frustrated. We were near the point of losing our minds when we came across Mike's ad on Craigslist. We made an appointment with him and he was very kind and helpful. He is a quality guy. Very knowledgeable on apartments in the area. He helped us find a place and we were signing a lease a week later. I moved in to my apartment about a month ago. I met with Mike after some issues I experienced in my apartment search. He knows his stuff and I actually left his office thinking I'd be okay without his help. I emailed him a week later when it was coming down to the crunch and he found me a place. He's a nice guy, I'd work with again.
As far as reviews I've seen about my apartment, I actually love my apartment-pool in working order, friendly staff. No place is perfect but I haven't had a bad experience as of yet.

I have worked with Mike at various apartment complexes as a Leasing Agent. Michael is THE MOST KNOWLEDGEABLE PERSON of properties in the NW SUBURBS OF ILLINOIS. I would send/recommend Michael if I could not help you. He knows. Big Dogs, Short-Term, Out of Town, In A Hurry. I would go to him if I had multiple questions and a website DOES NOT DO! Forget 27 phone calls to find someone like me. If I were you, I would call him first. He knows what I have available!!!
