Our philosophy is preventative maintenance, not reactive maintenance. I understand that if I do not authorize a release of a key to a vendor, I will need to be available to give the vendor access to the property.

I noticed that PM1 had their Google reviews written by employees. That said, I thought I would add an unbiased perspective. PM1 is a below average management group in the San Francisco Bay Area. They managed my old complex and did a horrible job. The building was falling into disrepair and constantly dirty. In addition, their property managers are woefully under qualified.
