I rented an apartment managed by BPM for over 6 years. Steve is very responsive and any issues that came up in our apartment (clogged drain, broken call box) were usually repaired by his team within a day or two. I had a great experience even through move out, and working with Steve made all the difference. Would recommend.

As a tenant, we have had a pretty similar experience to all of those in the Yelp reviews. Getting any kind of communication from the property manager is extremely difficult. Every time we need something fixed, it takes weeks of phone calls and emails as well as several follow-ups to get a single response, even for severe issues. We have not had heat for over a month, and one of the rooms is literally flooding because of a broken pipe. We've been calling and emailing for weeks, we haven't been able to live in the apartment due to the unlivable conditions, and the property manager has only responded
